Who's your favorite non-relevant human character?

I was considering Upa and Bora, but the latter's death did really set the stage for the most important use for the Dragonballs which kind of made them important, at least in my eyes.

How irrelevant does a character have to be? I like a lot of human characters outside the major human fighters; Nam, General Blue, Marron, Mai, Master Shen, The announcer, etc.

Does Chiaoutzu count?
His only role was to show Krillin's improvement, be Tenshinhan's Satellite character and die three times without achieving anything. I really like the guy, and wish he'd had a better showing since his most impressive feat was dodging a ki blast from Buu.

I'm thinking a little more irrelevant than those characters. They were all significant during their arcs, or just prominent throughout the series (Chiaoutzu).

The announcer works. He's just there... announcing/hyping the battles. We don't even know his name. <3 announcer man.

Obviously, The Announcer. A true professional.

I also really like General Blue's soldier in the Pirate Cave who has the spears going through him and informs him "there were no survivors". I always laugh at that joke.

Captain Chicken was the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. But he's funny in the anime at least.
