I mean the top too. Because if the whole mountain is 8E+17 tons then the top of it is still going to be a couple hundred million. Even if you assume there is only 100x100 metres of rock around the lab(which I would assume there is a lot more) then that is 652,400 tons they'd have to shift. Not to mention the lab and everything in it itself.
