Anyways, while I've yet to start writing I guess I'll add another possible theme to the mix. How about "frustration?"

If this stays with 9 contestants, one off the matches while have to be between 3 people. There's no reason to make people wait a round while we eliminate the 9th person.
So imagining the Budokai structure it would be like so:

Next we have SSJ God Gogeta, know by some as the avatar King! And the number is 1!

Kamiccolo9 walks slowly glowing in his 50 grand suit. Number 4! He'll face Sun-Wukong.

dae428 dashes to the stage, his long hair touches Lunch's nose who sneezes and starts shooting everybody, daei428 is able to take the number 6, in the midst of chaos.

After Lunch's tornado the ceremony was closed. DragonDuck wasn't able to take his number but we know that it's the 7.

It really is one of the hardest themes, I was kinda hoping for my own or yours. I had some comedy in mind. Now..., who knows.

From the rules:
"A round begins 12 hours after I post the respective thread.(I'll give at least day notice in this thread)". You can send it to me by pm or post the story in the new thread. I'll have them organized at the top to be easier to follow and vote.
"Between 150 and 750 words per story.(This is flexible but try not to abuse it)".

I don't know if this answers your question but, when this round starts everyone has 5 days to write it , afterwards 5 days of voting were we just wait for the votes. After the last 5 days passed, the winners of each match face each other in the semi's repeating the process.

Correct. When I open the Quarter Finals thread twelve hours after(so that I don't have advantage against those that don't see it soon) the 5 day limit starts counting.
