If king piccolo was back...

In a Supersonic Warriors what-if, Piccolo wishes Piccolo Daimao back to life, and then he merges with him after he defeats him, becoming "complete", which brings him on Evil Boo's level. But then again, this is a video-game... Piccolo has Piccolo Daimao's soul, so Daimao shouldn't be in the AfterLife. So, unless if Shenlong/Porunga can re-create Daimao's soul in the state it was before its reincarnation, it shouldn't be possible.

their souls are not the same, their essence is the same. Piccolo (jr.) is basically a young clone.

king Piccolo (daimao) is the evil part of the soul while kami holds the good side.
in dragon ball z piccolo (jr.) absorbed kami and made himself whole again.

and like i said before, piccolo is a clone, not some self resurrection.

He is stated to be the reincarnation of Piccolo Daimao, so they have the same soul, which is also indicated by the fact that Kami didn't die when Daimao died.

Piccolo Daiamo and Piccolo are the same being. No different how Kid Buu and Uub are.

He is the best villain after Freeza, but he can't return unfortunately.
