Right then,
Definitely the SSJ aura "whoosh" and acompanied "swish swish swish" sounds. Especially when accompanied with screaming and explosions and such. Ooh, and especially when all are used in conjunction with the electricity SFX of SSJ2 and 3!
That explosion sound when rocks get blasted. Best example would be Gohan emerging through the rubble when Cell kicked him into that mountain. You just KNEW Cell was going to get his ass handed to him!
There are a number of explosion and powerup sounds used during Gohan's powerup prior to fighting Cell that just..well..work together really well. Absolutely awesome, sends shivers down my spine that scene.

Well, everyone's pretty much beaten me to all the energy-based, SSj-accompanied SFX, but...
If you ask me, nothing is quite so satisfying as hearing the loud, thundering, earth-shattering KAPOW that comes from a villian getting a wrecking-ball punch to the head.

Besides the other ones mentioned already, I'd have to say the sound made by the Makenkosappo when Piccolo uses it for the 1st time against Raditz.
I wish TOEI would make a "making of" for DBZ so we can see how they came up with the sounds we are so familiar with today.

Are you referring to . . . ? That's not just in Movie 12; it's heard throughout the whole series, isn't it?

Nekoni and I are speaking of the same sound effect, but maybe he means something completely different that I'm just not catching. (Why am I too lazy to check my
Fusion Reborn DVD?)
The sound effect I'm referring to as a personal favorite is the Oozaru-type roar that backs the howl of a Saiyan that's powering up.
The roar is exclusive to the Japanese version . . . but why? Just about all the other noises were kept in, so I can't understand why FUNimation make a point of omitting it completely from the English dub.

Yah! That sound is used all throughout the series when a Saiyan powers up (Gohan's SSJ transformation is good example). I'm pissed that it isn't in the dub because that 'demonic echo' gives it some flavor.

That awesome sound when one of the characters power up. Not the 'swoosh-swoosh-swoosh' sound, not that one.
I love the teleportation effect. It's pretty cool, and fast. And who can't love the Kamehameha 'WHOOOOOOOOOOOOO'? Sounds like an huge animal screaming or something.

Mine would have to be the high pitched 'brrrrrrrrrr' sound used first when Radditz acends from the ground when first meeting Goku, it's when he takes Gohan, either then or when he first lands.
This sound is also used when Freeza is making that huge energy ball to destroy Planet Vegeta in the movie...I think, why I like this I don't really know, it's gives the impression of what's happening is actually happening, a little eerie sound, goes good.
I also like the ringing sound you here after a huge explosion like it's really a nuke or something, it's used when Might Mask uses that huge ki wave against C.18 and that huge mushroom cloud shows up, love that ringing sound.
Do Baba's chants count as sound effects? Lol, nah I'm joking.

YAHYAHYAH! Exactly that... that kinda' deep hollow roar =) *also loves the oozaru roars* I DO wish it was kept in the dubs...
My LEAST favourite sound effect was the dub, Vegeta's echo on his 'monumentaly important speech' in the Majin saga which replaces his non-sensical insanity... *twitch*
