Some details in the scan that you may have missed...
Shaman King: Hao has a new 2 koma support, or maybe they just changed the picture.
D. Grayman: Allen Walker has a new 5 koma battle.
Prince of Tennis: New Ryoma 3 koma support
Dragon Ball Z: Goku's 5 koma battle is different
Gotenks help koma.
Bleach: New ichigo 5 koma battle.
One Piece: luffy's 6 koma turned into a 5 koma.
Looks like you drop coins from the category's based on your character. Seems in that one pick the guy from jaguar dropped some humor coins.
The rating system has changed to show everyone where they are: 1st place crown, 2nd 1 star, 3rd 2 stars, 4th 3 stars

Ok so basically..this is a blowout of JUS info. Confirmed Wi-fi, tons of new charecters:
JSS CHARECTERS: 150+ charecters from about 27 mangas.
JUS CHARECTERS: 300+ charecters from about 40 mangas.
Oh..and ledge grabbing..just like in SSB.
Rumor Section:
You will be able to knock people from manga panel to manga panel.
