Is Goku Black a God of Destruction?

Doubt Black is a god of destruction. Plus, it's definitely Son Goku, or his body atleast. Also i am pretty sure Zamasu gave him that earring to Black, so he could use the time ring. Since u need to be a kaioshin to use it.

So, Black is a kaioshin, evil kioshin that is and so is Zamasu.

What i find interesting is, how Zamasu is rampaging through out uni7, not uni10. I wonder why that is. Maybe he does that because he doesnt want Gowasu finding out? Next episode will tell, if Gowasu will be killed or not.

The Rosé name pun, for me, seems as though it could be indictive of possibly being a God of Destruction.
