EIther Zakku to remind of "Zaiko" or Black Zamas. That would be my suggestion.

2) Yes, Gotenks could go SSJ3 after all
3) Yes, I agree with the pov it's just Zamasu's hair color, sounds plausible to me the fusion form can go Rosé if needed
4) Good question, I wonder if we compare with Beerus for instance
5) Logically the immortality should be cancelled out, also makes the prospect of really annihilating him instead of sealing him up lol
6) Of course, but I expect Vegeta to rant about it and refuse until the last moment lol

So, the NEP for episode 64 calls him 合体ザマス where 合体/gattai means "union".

I guess I also feel that it matches my expectations when compared to previous potara fusions like Vegito and Kibito Kai. If they do the fusion dance, however, I expect the fusion to not look so simple.

Yes, Beerus full power vs merged Zamasu it would be epic. I don't care who's the winner. Toriyama has wasted a great opportunity for me.

They really didn't. They also meshed together the colour scheme and designs of both their outfits.
