Number 1: The Birth of Fused Zamasu

These are my absolute top moments and these moments cemented why Zamasu is my favourite Dragon Ball villain ever. The sheer savagery of this character is encapsulated by the aforementioned moments.
My remaining favourite scenes are as follows (Note: Some of these scenes here are not scenes that I actually like that much at a personal level, they are just scenes that I think make perfect sense to include from a Story perspective and so I appreciate the role they play in the Story):
5) Zamasu and Gowasu talking about good and evil -> I really liked the philosophical debate about life, good, evil, and the meaning of mortals, it felt very unique to have such a scene for a Dragon Ball villain. I can also see both sides of the argument.
6) Trunks defeating Fused Zamasu -> It felt like an appropriate culmination for Trunks' story, although a simple sword slash was never going to be enough to end an immortal being. Still, I like the imagery of Future Trunks gathering the energy from everyone and putting it into the sword, it feels coherent with Trunks' fighting style as a swordsman.
7) Goku Black killing Future Bulma -> Pretty iconic scene, no one could have imagined that a fan-favourite like Bulma would get so unceremoniously killed and in the first episode too. It's made extra tragic when you realize that the last thing Bulma sees before she dies is, seemingly, her old friend killing her with a twisted smile.
8 ) Zeno erasing Zamasu and the entire Future timeline -> It's just an impressive scene, Zeno's powers are displayed for the first time and we have the culmination of all that foreshadowing (that started in the very first episode) about Zeno being able to erase everything if he wanted to.
9) Beerus destroying Zamasu -> I see this scene praised a lot because it gave a good reminder to the audience that Beerus is not just a comic relief/goof character, and it shows what he can do when he gets serious. I can't say I disagree, it's a pretty cool Beerus moment I guess.
10) Zamasu and Black blaming Trunks for time travel -> I think this is actually a very underrated scene, it does paint Zamasu under a different perspective. Yes, he committed genocide and no one can ignore that, but he is objectively right when he says that Trunks messed up when he time travelled. I think that this is a very interesting scene that ties DBZ and DBS together in a very coherent way. In DBZ, we see the "heroic" side of time travel. Trunks time travelled and so he saved his world from the Androids. But in DBS, fitting for a show that switches the focus from Earth to the Gods, we learn that time travel as a whole just caused a whole lot of mess from the cosmos. Even Gowasu agreed that Trunks was foolish for doing it. So I put this scene on the list because, even though there isn't much "action" going on in it, it still offers a new perspective of Zamasu's motivations and adds more depth to Zamasu as a character.

Akira Toriyama, DBS vol.4 joint interview with ToyotaroAt his core Zamasu is good like Shin, though I guess you could say he was so fastidious that it backfired. But you know, for this "Future Trunks Arc" you had to depict Zamasu and Trunks' inner conflict, right? If this was back when I was drawing the manga myself then I doubt if I could have done it. I mean, I'm not very good at depicting the characters' psychology on the page. So this all came together because now I only have to think up the story. [...] On my own, I doubt I would have been able to express Zamasu's fall to the dark side.

1) Black telling Goku how he stole his body and killed his family. This is probably my favorite scene in the entire franchise.
2) Black creating the Scythe and turning the tables on Vegeta. The Scythe looks cool and it looks even cooler in FighterZ.
3) Super Saiyan Rage transformation. One of my favorite transformation scenes. You can feel Trunks desperation in this scene.
4) Black/Zamasu vs Goku/Trunks. A great tag team match, very rare in the franchise. Black doing IT in response to Goku's was 10/10.
5) Trunks cutting Zamasu in half. Great scene with great music. Trunks Genki sword is just cool.
6) Beerus erasing Zamasu. Beerus reminding everyone why he's feared across the universes.
7) The birth of Infinite Zamasu. The anime nailed the feeling of fear the cast felt facing this unbeatable entity.

Vegetto showing up. Fused Zamasu felt like it came too soon, honestly hated it, didn’t make sense to fuse if Goku Black was already that powerful. I was dreading not seeing Black again. Scythe. Goku Black weird sword stuff (maybe still thinking about it). Goku Black Rosé form being his version of reg SS (though it’s interesting). Ending. Unlimited Zamasu. Trunks Genki-Dama sword. Bad ending. Reanimated scenes of history of trunks. Trunks rage form. Trunks hair doesn’t change in SS2. Weird inconsistencies. Blacks ki not feeling like sons for some reason (though I guess it makes sense damn I just want son Goku be son Goku)
