I'm sorry to burst everyone's bubble, but the site doesn't say that you get your wish granted if you win the contest.

In that case, my wish is more likely to be granted than those people who want Dragonboxes with subtitles and whatever. >_>

Less work for FUNi = more likely to be granted. <_<

Actually dude, yes it does.

It says that seven winners will get the prizes, and they will compete for the chance to win their wish. Only one will win.
There is no better combination in the world than Dragonball, Cherry Pepsi, and Cheez-Its. It's a proven fact.

LOL, I wrote the same thing, only I wrote the English version too and a plasma screen. :lol: But, sadly, like you, I'm not in the US.

Sadly, the 'out of this world' grand prize is just a check for 25 grand, according to the rules. Of course, most of the wishes they suggested (cars, boats, etc.) fall into that price range.

That 25 grand would be perfect for getting me thru college, though...

Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: A check in the amount of $25,000. (7) Grand Prize Finalists: Prize package consisting of an exclusive Dragon Ball (which must be in Finalist’s possession, or designated representative’s possession, at the Wizard World Convention on 11/10/06 through 11/12/06), a $1,400 gift certificate redeemable at a location to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, Dragon Ball Z Movies 6-13, four (4) Atari Dragon Ball Z video games (to be selected by Sponsor) and a trip for two (2) to the Wizard World Convention in Arlington, TX on 11/10/06 through 11/12/06 to compete in the Dragon Ball Z Challenge. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for two (2) from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s primary residence in the U.S. (as determined by Sponsor), 2-night standard double occupancy hotel accommodations (one (1) room) and ground transfers to/from the airport/hotel/convention. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $7,525. Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Terms, conditions and restrictions may apply on gift certificate. Certain travel restrictions may apply. If any Finalist resides within a 100-mile radius of Arlington, TX, ground transportation may be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Finalists and their respective guests must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. All costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, ground transportation, meals and gratuities, are the sole responsibility of each individual Finalist. In the event a Finalist is not able to attend the Dragon Ball Z Challenge on dates specified by Sponsor for any reason, trip portion of prize will be forfeited (including the opportunity to participate in the Dragon Ball Z Challenge for the chance to win the Grand Prize) and no compensation or substitution will be provided, however remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such Finalist. (25) First Prizes: Dragon Ball Z prize pack consisting of a Dragon Ball Z movie (to be selected by Sponsor), Atari Dragon Ball Z video game (to be selected by Sponsor), JAKKS Dragon Ball Z figure (to be selected by Sponsor) and Score Dragon Ball Z card game (to be selected by Sponsor). ARV: $488. (500) Second Prizes: A Dragon Ball Z poster and Score Dragon Ball Z card game. ARV: $23. (10,000) Third Prizes: A limited edition Dragon Ball Z screen saver. ARV: $1.50. Taxes, if any, & other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specifically stated herein as being awarded, are the sole responsibility of the individual winner. Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Total ARV of all prizes: $116,375. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

No where does it say that the winner gets their wish granted in the official contest rules.
