Which was a darker moment?

Zamasu killing Chi-Chi and Goten was very dark for me. That scene gave me the chills

Universe 9 because we don't really know if they're permanantly erased. I'm assuming not, but it's way more uncertain than Goten and Chichi coming back which was in an alternate universe anyways
