As many have already clarified, the chocolate box was just a monochrome image of Super Saiyan Blue Goku with a reddish filter over it. You'd only need to look at his blue undershirt to discern that much.
...and henceforth, I hereby dub this fake form "Super Saiyan Chocolate".
Either Goku achieved Mystic power from fighting Gohan or secretly training with elder kai or this is a pre transformation state before he gets his new form, it doesn't make sense for him to be at base form with this power.
Here are my theories:
- It's a perfected Super Saiyan Blue which fully utilizes SSG's power. Goku will achieve it through perfected ki control. It could be called "Super Saiyan Perfect", "Perfect Blue" or something with the perfect word in it.
- Goku fully makes God ki his own. Meaning he permanently loses his mortal Ki and becomes a true God. When he powers up to his full power as a God, his eyes become silver, his hair spikes up a little and his aura becomes blue.
- Goku unleashes his full potential and mixes it with the power of SSG. Basically it would be same as Ultimate Gohan but God ki makes his aura blue and eyes silver.
- Goku starts fighting purely on his instincts, without thinking. As he fights like that he improves faster and his body changes, that's why his eyes become beast-like. By fighting like that Goku moves without thinking like Whis. He also doesn't have to transform to save stamina but the God ki surrounding him makes his hair lift up a little and the eyes become silver.

Desperation will be my pick..
He isn't able to find any way out of this, time is running out the screams of warriors getting erased are echoing throughout the arena, jren starts calling it his fault and then, he snaps giving birth to Super Saiyan Neko..

It could be a first, but I don't remember Goku ever losing his composure in a fight. Which is different from raging. It would be like seeing Goku act like Cell or Manga Black. While actually Goku is like Anime Black, who never lost his shit.

Why power levels are important?
Spoiler:
Power levels establish tension and drama. People who care about them (well, people who care about them in a narrative) don't care about the big numbers or the fancy explosions. If you have character A who's so much above character B, who's the main character, you're gonna be left wondering how in the hell character B, the character we're supposed to care and root for, is going to escape the situation or overcome the odds. It makes us emotionally invested.
If character B doesn't escape the situation in a believable way that's consistent with previous events, then that emotional investment is gone. It was pointless tension, pointless drama made just to suck in the viewer. It has no critical value whatsoever. The audience is left believing that the author can just create whatever scenarios he wants and what happens to the characters is decided by whatever the author wants to happen, regardless of the events that happened in the story. Which, in fairness, is what happens, but the audience wants to be fooled. The audience wants to know that the world they're following has rules. That the world they're invested in isn't going to bend to external factors that are irrelevant to them.
An author can do whatever he wants with the characters, that's not false. But the author should also have the responsibility to make sure it fits in cohesively with the other events in the narrative he has created.

It doesn't look Kaioken, SSJG or SSJ Blue related to me. So what could it be? What triggers it?
Let me know your thoughts guys!

Being that Goku is going to have pupills, I would think that this form will be achieved through Super Saiyan God, it also has some fiery aura, more so that of Blue, I think this is the next step of Super Saiyan God, like Super(Cho/Ultimate) Super Saiyan God.

I'm still waiting for Dragon Ball in Super...
I'm thinking that for this transformation to make sense, it should be born of desperation. His powers so far have not been enough to tip the scales in his favor against Jiren. All of the other teammates have been disqualified, and he and Jiren are the last men standing. He is the only hope our universe has left, this should give him all the courage he needs to break through his current limits into this next realm of power.
I think it will be like his fight with freeza in terms with using everything he's got till he's down to no ki left. The desperate need a power will make him transform
It's implied that he already has the form ever since his fight with Toppo or at least has the concept down. I think he'll do some type of overload on his Kaioken and then control that power and make it his own or something along those lines.
