I wonder if that footage with Goku and Gohan in the white suits (in the classic animation) is '全部見せます 年忘れDRAGONBALL Z' (Zenbu Misemasu Toshiwasure Dragon Ball Z) Year of Forgotten Dragon Ball Z All Revealed aired on 12/31/93 as listed on the DBZ BGM collection episode list.

The second one, yes. It's also when they're fighting Enel. I also wanted to confirm if the other character (in the video. he showed up at the beginning) was from any of the "Kinnikuman" series'.

No, he's not from Kinnikuman, he's from another well known Jump series, the name of which constantly escapes me.....

It's Ryotsu Kankichi (or Kankichi Ryotsu if you want to be traditional) from Kochira Katsushika-ku Kameari Kōen Mae Hashutsujo (that is the actual title) but is nicknamed "Kochiame."

Hi.
Does anybody know where this footage originated from?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pejiKxW9FTo
It is a part of OVA, "DRAGONBALL Z Atumare! Gokou world(あつまれ!悟空ワールド)". It is software for the educational toy that is called "TV-kko(てれびっこ)".

The noise that sometimes appears is a signal that controls the toy. The voice from the video is different as a result by pushing four buttons.

Wow, thanks a lot man! That footage is awesome.

It came along just when I was beginning to give up hope on any new/unseen DBZ material surfacing too. It'd be great to see this fansubbed, seeing as I don't understand Japanese. :(

Although I can see EX not liking this too much if a whole new "Lost Movie 2" rumour sparks up.

Well, it's not really lost movie style footage.

It's a kid's thing, just like the fire-safety video.

This item, even if it's a children's toy, would be great for the Japanese language beginner

I wish I could buy it XD

It's cool footage, but that beeping noises it makes everytime they pick up the phone drives me crazy, it's such an annoying sound. >.<

I've always wanted to see them go on a time-traveling adventure. I love how Goku went to go greet his younger self without thinking of the time-travel consequences only to have Mirai freakout and tackle him to the ground. Also the magical phone amused me to no end. I wish they'd brought Veggie along for the ride though.
On hiatus.

That bugged me a little bit, I would have really liked to see Goku interact with his younger self.

OMG Toriyama's voice!
He's alive! He exists for real! Toriyama-Sama! It's him!

Seriously, he seems kind of shy for being a celebrity. Look on how he holds his hands and looks away from the one questioning him every now and then.
And why not? Good grief, I can totally relate to the poor guy. Not everybody likes being put in the spotlight. D:

The first one was kinda strange, but I spazzed when I saw Atom/Astro Boy. What the hell is he doing in a feature with contemporary anime characters? I know they came out with a new show for him in the past few years, but it seems kinda strange nonetheless. I mean, my MOM's familiar with him, and she's near 50! He's like one of those classics that should be admired in a showcase or something rather than mixed in with modern pop culture. That's like introducing The Beatles to My Chemical Romance.

The second one I liked better than the first. At least they got rid of the villian who was causing the mess this time. And the Kon-Tiki thing near the end was amusing, especially with Luffy's and Kuririn's reactions. Though, it was kinda cheesy how at the end, when Tony Tony Chopper complained about the damage, the entire DBZ crew just popped in out of nowhere with all the dragonballs to fix the mess (sans Vejita, but whatever). And the screen blacked out near the end before the show was over! Nooooooes! DDD:
Art, etc. links taken down for now. Will be updated at some point. I dunno.

I NEED A NEW SIGNATURE D:
