Does anyone else really enjoy 17 and 18's new friendship/camaraderie with Goku?

Yeah, I love it.
In particular, I'm enjoying C17 character a lot. I never cared about him until he came back in Super. Toei is doing a fantastic job with him. He and Freeza are better than ever.

He is interesting to watch, and so is 18 and his recent dynamic..
I suppose C-17 would have grown on me more if I had stayed away from the fandom during his reintroduction..

The shot at the end of the episode with 17 and 18 holding Goku up (someone can post it here) really got me.

This picture says it all. I absolutely love it. Toei's knocked it out of the park. Follows the theme of Goku's previous enemies becoming his friends. He's gotten along pretty well with 17 this saga since they met in 86. He and 18 have become friendlier since 83 and this has followed during the tournament. But that's how its always been. He's become friends with Yamcha, Kuririn, Tenshinhan, Piccolo, Vegeta, 17, 18, and Majin Boo, all individuals who either were his enemies and or hated him. It's really great to see the friendship between Goku and the Cyborgs.

Goku and 18 did share a few scenes in Super before, whenever Goku visited Krillin's house, but she was never overly friendly with him. It's quite refreshing given how much 18 keeps to herself usually.
