I think what's scariest about him is that he doesn't screw around. He doesn't hold back (at least not in a way that gives his opponent an advantage) or gloat when he has the upper hand, he just lays a brutal beat-down and disintegrates anything that comes his way. Plus, the design is just intimidating.
He's easily the most threatening antagonist in the tournament. The only ones who came close before were Jiren and Kefla (Anilaza was good too, but he was done in one ep) and they're both guilty of the afore-mentioned screwing around. Jiren needs to start following his boss's example if he wants to be taken seriously as the most dangerous man in the ring.
