Well, I'll handle the Vegetto question first. I was basing that off A) the 'lightning' energy in his aura and B) The way I had fusion set-up meant that SSJ wouldn't produce enough power to stand up to Super Buu3.
Now, as for the SSJ3 Goku being stronger than Kid Buu it's all but stated. Goku says that, at full power, and not sand-bagging so that Vegeta could get a shot, he could probably beat Buu.
Anyway, I'm doing some quick revisions to the power list right now, and adding in a few new listings as well (mainly a few powers for the Humans.) I'll be adding these to the existing list, changed levels will be in italics while new listings will be bolded[/i] to make it easy to find them. This will probably take an hour or more... maybe less, whatever.
