Doesn't matter. It could be an "o", or a "u." Heck, it could be a lot of things. ("oh", "o-", "o" with a "^" over it. It could also be just "o", too, but I don't like it. I use "ou" myself, though. It's most common, and it's easier to type that "o" with a "^" over it, which is probably the most accurate.
Um, on topic, on topic... I didn't get "Vegeta" for a long time (maybe a year), despite all the "Vegetable-head" jokes in the dub. I thought his name was "Vecheta."
