Universe 3 is basically the metal Universe or something, isn't it? That's the first thing that came into mind when I first heard that. C'mon, Universe 3 should be where we'd get to see Optimus Prime, Megatron and many other great characters!
Heck no, giant robots, sentient or piloted, barring very few exceptions don’t work anywhere in a verse like Dragon Ball.

Speaking of robots, I think the Terminators would fit right in.

There has been plenty of mecha featured in the series, so I don't see why not. Bulma and Capsule Corp could easily create some giant robots. Plus with characters like Piccolo and the Saiyans who can transform into giants themselves it could work.

As long as the fictional character(s) is from a universe where the setting has a heavy emphasis on martial arts, I'm all game.

Which is why we need a G-GundamxDragon Ball crossover!
My opinions suck. You should probably mute me to spare yourself having to see them.

Sexualizes pokemon? UNIVERSAL PRAISE." - Plague of Gripes

Well the Android/Cell arc was pretty much inspired by the Terminator franchise, wasn't it?

Lupin III and gang in the middle of a Red Ribbon Army era Dragon Ball crossover would be fucking insanely awesome. Lunch and Lupin having scenes together would be something else!
Plus, there's a treasure for him to go after. The dragon balls!

Those who mentioned child heroes the Powerpuff Girls, Captain Marvel/Shazam and Ben 10 are right to do so, they'd fit in well as being both adorable, funny and badass characters for the story.

I'd like to make some additions too.

Aqua - Konosuba
A useless water goddess who lacks common sense because she's too powerful.
Image

Vash the Stampede
A comical but badass gunslinger.
Image

Po the Kung Fu Panda
A kickass animal martial arts grandmaster.
Image

Stitch the alien dog
A genetic experiment that fled to Earth and lives as a pet dog.

May get more later.
"Don't take pleasure in destruction!" / "I will not let you destroy my world!"
A true hero goes beyond not the limits of power, but the limits that divide countries and people.

That description reminds me of Zeno.

Got some more choices:

- Iruma-kun, a human kid taken in and raised by demons to be one of their greatest leaders. But he is almost always terrified and reluctant, because demons eat humans.
Image

- Invader Lum, a young alien/demon girl who settles on Earth as a housewife.
Image

- Nezuko Kamado, a half-human half-demon.
Image

- Boros, a strong alien fighter who travels around the galaxy looking for people to fight and destroys worlds that don't offer good fighters
Image

- Space Dandy, a laidback alien bounty hunter who can cross timelines and multiverses.
Image

- Kinnikuman, a goofy but tough alien wrestler.
Image

- Lobo, a foul-minded and unrepentant violent bounty hunter.
Image

- Mister Mind, an alien worm who can use mind control.
Image

- Element Woman, a lady whose body is formed from various elements which she can manipulate.
