I don't think Toriyama should be fired, but he should be working with people who aren't yes men. The problem is he's working with younger people who view him as a legend, so even if he gives them something that isn't great they'll act otherwise. Personally speaking, I probably wouldn't be able to say anything either, so I don't really blame them.
Yeah, I don't blame anyone working under Toriyama either. He is after all the man who created this series the staff at TOEI, the Dragon Ball room and Toyataro all love, and as such the temptation to do anything to please him is a real problem.

I think this is very likely, as they've really been pushing GT content these last few years.
They will also have to mine that GT nostalgia eventually. For all we know the next movie could be Dragon Ball Super : Baby
