You got the final martial art technique.
I own a gun.
Beerus is telling he does own something that work like a gun.
Not a martial art technique.
To me, again, this is the weapon he was about to use against Moro.
So, Vegeta will not learn to fight better, but will get equipped with a new "weapon".
A weapon that's able to counter UI power.
Who knows, maybe the new Kamehameha is approaching.

I learned english listening to songs. So I don't know anything about. The day you had to learn play piano by just listening .mp3, you'll understand.

I think the story is just unveiling why all this time he had implications that Beerus was stronger than Goku even after he completed Ultra Instinct. I’ve saying this for quite a time, but there will be a point in which Vegeta and Goku will be formidable opponents for Beerus, and that would require Vegeta to manage something against a stronger-than-ever-Goku as well, as he still progressing.
Perhaps Beerus has a good set of abilities that combined can outperform a novice user of Ultra Instinct. Vegeta will pick at least one of those abilities and add to his current strength, possibly coming up with something entirely of his own.
So, Goku and Vegeta will get experience from Whis and Beerus respectively, but they will develop their own style on a capacity that can match Beerus’.
