Granola is saying that he needs to "grow stronger than anyone" and a few panels later, the OF states that a the "strongest warrior in the universe will soon rise up" so its safe to assume that Granola is the one to get a massive power boost. Otherwise, we have to believe that some other schmuck is going to receive such a crazy power up that it makes even Moro look insignificant...and I'd rather DB not try a red herring on the level of M. Night Shyamalan.
