Really, really boring. Kami kills Piccolo means no Dragonballs and no (useful) help for Goku against Raditz. Raditz kills Goku and then slaughters everyone on Earth. Game over.
That's the point; the decisions that you make will change for better or worse. If certain events happen before they should, maybe you would see certain characters earlier like the Kaioshin .

You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

Just a thought.
That would be my DBZ live completed but I think Disney and Square Enix would sue... For Mr Piccolo's idea, sounds nice, I say Advance Adventure plus PS2/3 grapics.
I feel sorry for Future Gohan.

Everyone's like, "What?! What are you doing with two arms?! You tear that off right now, mister!"

Poor guy.
Lol'ed.

No way, no way in hell, we do not need a Mary Sue fanfic to become a game.

And wouldn't a DB game be infinitely more appealing to the broader audience than a pure GT game? (and with good reason)

I honestly think that we should have a game that mixes Sagas (with a better engine of course) and Budokai. Budokai engine for boss battles, Sagas for the rest. I mean, you can't just go from fight to fight in DragonBall, it wouldn't seem right. Mini-games would fit perfect for Goku's training and other unusual things like that, but some things wouldn't fit in either mini-games or Budokai-style fights. Maybe Sparking's engine for when you have to get somewhere. Perhaps a 3-disc one that goes from DB to Z to GT.

And 'what-ifs' are always fun; I mean, supersonic warriors was great with those!

Probably the best "what if" I've seen in a DB game is in Sparking! NEO when it has the bit where Raditz loses his memory and forms a relationship with Gohan and Goku. I want to see more stuff like that!
