Daima worked as well as it did because Toriyama was heavily involved with it, more so than he was with Super. I honestly don't know if I can trust them to keep the same level of quality in a hypothetical second season without him guiding them.
True, I have zero faith in whatever writers Toei has working for them.

Hopefully AT left behind an outline or notes for at least one or two more projects, but who knows.

I could expect a compilation film for DAIMA, but that's it.

It's also why Black Freeza and Daima Movie/Season 2 will absolutely STILL be marketed as based on Toriyama's story outline, even if in reality it wasn't more than 2 sentences napkin notes.
