Demon Piccolo was the most evil, in my opinion. I can't explain why, but I wanted him dead while I was rooting for Frieza to beat Goku.

Freeza and Piccolo Daimou both seem to be the most evil. But if you wanted to get deep with it, wouldn't Daimou be in the same situation as Buu and Cell? I mean, Kami casted out the malice that was in him and they made Piccolo. He didn't chose to be evil, he was evil. Well IDK, I think Freeza wins because Piccolo's son killed Krillin, but Freeza killed Krillin. And Cell had the dignity to wear a cup.

Well, I like lists, so let's make one D:

From the first really evil villan to the last

Piccolo Daimao - As stated, I was the evil part of Kami, so he was evil without a choice.
Freeza - A tyrant, he liked being evil BY CHOICE. Killed millions
Cell - Was created to kill Goku, deviated from program, a jerk with powers, liked to see other terrified.
Majin Buu - Was created to be a weapon of mass destruction and mindless.
Baby - Pure revenge was all that motivated him.
Super 17 - Kinda mindless and confused.
Omega Shenron - Created from the evil withing the dragonballs.

Now for the movie guys

Garlic Jr - Wanted to be Kami himself. Was evil but not THAT much evil.
Dr. Willow - ... I won't even say anything.
Tullece - A big fat jerk.
Slug - An even bigger fat jerk.
Coola - Family pride and not much else.
Super 13 - A mindless Jinzôningen (altough an ENOURMOUS punch in the nuts IS really evil >:( )
Brolly - Completly insane and bent on universal destruction, crappy reasons for it.
Bojack - Did he even talk? I have no idea what were is motifs.
Janemba - Technicly the most evil, since he was created from pure concentrated evil from ages, but again, didn't have a choice.
Hildgarn - Mindless monster.

I don't like to admit it :P but it seems that Freeza IS the most evil by choice. By nature I have to say Janemba.

Yeah, and also as a Majin. Killing hundreds of people just for a fight and grinning about it was pretty damn evil.

And y' know, I think it's ironic how so many fans (usually girls) of his hate Freeza. Like Vegeta's not a total dick and mass murderer himself. :/

Interesting no ones mentioned 17 and 18. I thought they were both very twisted. They ruled over the earth for Twenty years killing and destroying everything in sight. Like Freeza they have the ablility to make a choice, and they made their choice all right. Plus when the odds are stacked against them they team up and both go after Gohan, they're evil and they fight dirty, which makes them my pick.

Pilaf - Poor little guy, not even Shenron considered him evil enough.
Red - Stupid, just wanted to be big.
Vegeta - Was pretty evil, but softed up.
#17 & #18 - They too were pretty evil by choice, seized the whole world and killed everyone. (But remenber that Freeza did the same thing in several worlds)
Badibi - Just trying to avenge is papa. The whole plan for destroning the Kaio Shins for no apparent reason.

I'm going with Freeza, he wanted power and didnt care how he got it. Well Vegeta was pretty much the same way..

It looks like Freeza the winner, he was the only one evil by choice, the others were all either born evil, insane or wanted revenge on something.

17 and 18 of Trunks' time had the same thing with Cell and 19. They were created to be evil. They had no choice in the matter, unlike 17 and 18 of the present time.

I don't understand how they don't have the ability to make a choice while the present 17 and 18 do. Nothing is ever said concerning such a thing.

To me it was always the Artificial Humans, mostly because they lead a huge path of destruction wherever they went.

Yes... The Jinzoningen did all that... ON EARTH. Freeza did that on entire solar systems. Just because you don't see that on the Anime doens't mean it didn't happen. All the destruction we see made by the Jinzoningen is impressive, but it pales in comparison to all that Freeza did, altough off screen.

Um I don't recall ever saying that he didn't destroy millions of planets and countless lives, or that he wasn't evil. And he is my second pick for most evil.

While that is true I'm not talking about the amount of destruction a character is capable of doing and frankly 17 and 18 would gladly do the same as Freeza if they were given the chance. We're not talking about power here just how evil and ruthless they are.

Vegeta killed millions of people too and he was able to change and become a good person, so I seriously doubt that the amount of damage a character does determines how evil they are. It's more of the willingness to do it expecially how they do it. Your opinions are fine and all, yes Freeza rules, he's one of my favorite villans, but I still say 17 and 18.

This discussion is reaching the point of ridiculeness o_O Anyway, has I said before, I don't even like to see Freeza "getting the prize" of the most evil villan, but taking the facts, I have to say that he is.

Furthermore, althought I find this expression redundant, due to the last post I'm forced to say that: that's my opinion

I think you took what I said a little out of proportion, I wasn't trying to shove anything down your throat saying ITS YOUR OPINION, because that would be rude. I was simply saying that I understand why you think Freeza is the most evil based on your thoughts that's all.

Also I'm not saying my opinion is fact either if that's what you thought. If so that would be my fault.
