That line was dubbed in. He doesn't say anything in the original. That's of no surprise. The Dub does that on numerous occasions, such as all shoutings of attacks by the Cell Juniors when they attack Gohan, and when Gohan was firing Masenko's at Vegeta, they made it "Kamehameha".
