My bad. I've seen up to when Bebi kills Myuu, and have been told she never uses it from then on.

This list was composed from many different sites, so it may not be 100% accurate. I purposely left out techniques like Bukujyutsu that a majority of the cast knows:

Juubeh Kamehameha - Goku
Hell Buster - Frieza & Cell
Barrier - Rilldo
Big Bang Kamehameha - Gogeta
Final Shine Attack- Vegeta
Fire Revenge Death Ball (Flaming Death Ball) - Baby Vegeta
Golden Oozaru - Goku, Vegeta, Baby Vegeta
Henka Beam - Super Uub
Shunkan Idou - Kibitokai
Kamehameha - Pan
Kuchikara Kikoha - Baby Vegeta
Kuchikarano Kaen - Goku, Baby Vegeta
Metal Lightning - Rilldo
Revenge Death Ball - Baby Vegeta
Rocket Punch - Rilldo
Flash Bomber - Hell Fighter Juunanagou, Super Juunanagou
Super Garlic Ho - Baby Vegeta
Super Saiyan - Goku Jr., Vegeta Jr.
Super Saiyan 4 - Goku, Vegeta, Gogeta
Terepashi- Baby
Universe Spirit Bomb - Goku
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

Arg, I can't believe I forgot about Cell and Freeza's Hell Buster attack. I thought (at first) it was the only new cool technique...until it turned out to be somekind of energy water slide to hell o.O

Universe Spirit Bomb - Goku
I wonder... how's this one different from the one that Goku used in Z? Remember, in Z, North Kaio also asked the other Kaios to send Goku's voice to the four galaxies.

filler though, so maybe that's how it differs. Manga was Namek, Earth, Kaioshins, North Kaio and Enma ppl

Their's no such thing as a Universal Spirit Bomb. It was just a plain ol' Super Genki Dama, with ki collected from all over the galaxy.

Really? Several sites contrast them as two seperate attacks.

Probably because those sites are all stealing their crap content from each other. :P

I just saw Vegeta's Final Shine today and it was pretty cool.

No, it wasn't. It's a #$%^ing, generic Ki Blast. No, wait... It's GREEN! Here, let me show you my ultimate technique - A GREEN KI BLAST! Man, I hate GT...
It's party time, Ginyu style!

I have a question about an attack Pan used in DBGT... I'm no expert on the attacks, but I thought she used the Masenko a couple times. It looked like it, anyway... specifically, I remember she used it in the room on M2 where they were crushing the robots... she used it to blast the doors open and escape. o.o I'm so incoherent!!!

Also, this may or may not be off-topic, but can Bra fight at all? I'm currently debating with someone who says she's a "really powerful fighter and far stronger then Pan but doesn't like to fight." My arguement is that she was only shown to fly... and that when Vegeta tells her at one point to escape from Bebi-Gohan she uses a car to get away instead of flying, which would be faster. Or maybe I'm missing something... help would be appreciated!

Hum...a difficult question to answer. She is never shown fighting, in any way, shape or form. It doesn't mean that she can't; but there's rarely ever any scenario where an untransformed demi Saiyan like herself would be needed. She is Vegeta's daughter though, and apparently she had enough Ki that it was worth giving to Baby Vegeta, so that should count for something.

Not enough energy?
But that implies that the Kamehameha is a fixed amount of energy. A 10x Kamehameha is ten time what, exactly? The attack got stronger as the series went on, so why does it now suddenly warrant some sort of mathematics?

Scanning through the subbing scripts that I have, looking for attacks (actually, looking for the !! that follow the attacks, which is a little convention I have), here's a list I've compiled.

Burning Spin!!
Final Shine!!
Byosatsumakodan!!
Dragon Thunder!!
Burst Attack!!
Big Bang Kamehame-Ha!!
Reppu shinku-zan!!
Senpu kaiten-jin!!
Kuretsu kidan!!
Times ten Kamehame-Ha Ball!!
Electric Slime!!
Liang Xing Long Dragon Daishindo!!
Dengeki Jigoku-Dama!!
Flash Bomber!!
Times ten Kamehame-Ha!!
Final Shine Attack!!
Hells Buster!!
Super Gyallic Ho!!
Renzoku Super Gyallic Ho!!
Revenge Death Ball!!
Fire Death Ball!!
Hyper Mega Rild Punch!!
Shield!!

Which reminds me, I always meant to write up translation notes on those attacks that weren't ever translated.

Other quasi-attacks, like the Bonpara Brothers' dance, I left off the list.

As far as I can tell, Pan's "use two energy balls and hurt stuff" attack has no name, after checking the DVD, it's just the Pan's Gotten Really Pissed scenario, which does do a bit of recall from her papa.
SJ Dragonball Graphic Novel, Volume 9, page 60. That is all.

I would think it would just be 50x the average power that person uses in a Kamehameha. But who would use so little of their power in the average shot that they would be able to fire one at 50x that? Only somebody who picks on weaker beings, but do any of them know the Kamehameha? Maybe Cell, but he'd rather absorb people than shoot pathetically weak blasts (pathetically weak for him, of course) at them. So I'd say nobody can do one.

Daimao, my good man, could you possibly tell us who used each of the attacks, and maybe a brief description of them?

Exactly. It makes no sense with regards to Goku. It is silly, silly, silly.
