It was bad to Vegeta. I liked GT , Vegeta is my favourite character but it was bad for him for the following :

Not enough screen time
Lost his trade mark hair
The moustache
Needing Bulma's help to go SSJ4
The moustache
been made useless unless fused
The moustache
Actually wanting to do the fusion dance
Did I mention The moustache?
Really? Having sported a moustache before, and having watched it go from the norm into obscurity in the early 90's, I loved the moustache.

He must have only seen the English dub. Figures.
GT still sucks in Japanese. Suprising.

Well the "Remastered" version of Dragon Ball GT would be good for one thing...dub voices with the original track, because that music was lame as hell. The opening/closing doesn't bother me all too much, the beat is kinda catchy, and...well...I get the whole rap thing because that's what's popular in the US (I myself am a fan of rap, but then again I do live in NYC) but...couldn't they at least get a...good rapper? That guy sucked. And the lyrics were...a notch away from legally retarded.

The series didn't bother me because I just look at it as a continuation of the story. All I need is my favorite characters and I don't care what the hell the story is. Admittedly, Z was much, much better, but GT wasn't a bad series. It's because it came after Z, which blew everyone away and of course, it cannot compare at all. Those who haven't seen Z would probably like GT. It's like Dragon Ball is a good series, but I was exposed to Z first...so when I went back and watched Dragon Ball, I thought it sucked. Then, I just reminded myself that all three shows are on a different scale, and you can learn to appreciate each individual show for what it was.

What character would that be? That was the worst thing about GT above all else! Its abysmal utilization of the characters. They even managed to ruin Goku and Vegeta in GT. I can live with the plot holes and absurd gimmicks but making Pan the main character was beyond lame.

Well sure, Goku was little, which sucked, but it was still Goku and he still turned into a Super Saiyan 4, which I enjoyed. I liked Vegeta in GT.Just because the series starts with him...looking...absolutely hilarious, doesn't mean that he's done. I liked him later on without the stache and with the Yamcha/Gohan hair. I liked it a lot, actually. And I liked that he became more urbanized, wearing regular clothing (aside from the boots and gloves). I also like his interaction with Bulla (or Bra), Trunks, and Bulma.

But see, that's the thing, as I said, I thought after watching the Saiyan Saga and the Frieza Saga that watching little Goku run around with Bulma looking for the Dragon Balls was stupid. And then the tournaments didn't have exciting fighting like Z did. But again, as I said, then I took the series for what it was and learned to appreciate it on its own.

Yeah but he was a kid with the same power as when he was adult going SSJ-SSJ 3 (since 4 was not learnt as an adult). It's not too unreasonable to think his base form would be a lot stronger as he trained it more with Uub.

I know I'm trying to explain GT but most of the plot holes I overlook thinking there could be a reason.
I see where you are coming from. That makes sense. But I still think a base level Goku would have to try a little harder to fight both of them at the same time.
I was thinking chibi Goku would be weaker, because he couldn't handle Super Saiyan 3, but that was only because of his size, I remember that now.

Japanese GT has an awesome soundtrack?

That's funny, I seem to remember it grating my ears.... Sure we were watching the same show? (I'm not referring to the openings/endings)

Well, there is some truth to that, I'll admit. But still, FUNi's English dub was unwatchable. At least for me it was.

I could be wrong though. I've only seen a handful of subbed episodes and I've attempted to watch the dub but always stopped because I'd end up getting annoyed.

Yeah it brings fun memories back for me too. At the time, I just wanted to see the story with adult Goten and Trunks and all that (I didn't see GT till it came to the US). You gotta give FUNimation credit though, they sold a lot of Dragon Ball and a lot of Dragon Ball GT to the US audience, who didn't buy into GT at all in the beginning.

And yeah, the dub was really unwatchable...because of the music. Just made me want to sleep...or puke...the Japanese scores were a lot better.

The final fight against Omega Shenron could've used "Ginyu Transformation".

I agree, the Japanese GT music was, for the most part, very good.

I personally think "Dan Dan" was used too often, and at inappropriate moments, but still.
