I say he's just young and curious about his favorite character, I was this way with Freeza way back when. He shouldn't be banned just educated.

Agreed. He's asking/saying the same stuff on the FUNimation Forums, which I moderate, and he hasn't really done anything wrong. He's not spamming or insulting people or anything. He's just asking questions.

Meh, he's just blinded by his fandom. It happens. When someone likes a character they tend to have an exagerated opinion of them until enough time has passed, and enough discussions have occured, that their rose glasses lose some of their color. I was that way once myself. Though, he does need to work on his capitalization before he gets a grammar ban.

Oh boy. Well, I know this isn't a popular way of answering such questions around these parts, especially since power levels are completely and utterly subjective after Freeza, but I'm going to post a few comparison levels from my own list to try and illustrate the differences here. Keep in mind that these are purely fan made and shouldn't be taken as official, but I think they're pretty spot on with what we see in the series.

First of all, let's consider the fact that Brolly can not be any stronger than Perfect Cell. If he were than no amount of donated power from the other Z Fighters would have let Goku bring him down in movie 8. I've got Perfect Cell at 650 million so Brolly is therefor less than 650 million. SSJ Goku, at this point, is at 600 million, and SSJ Gohan at 640 million. SSJ2 Gohan is almost 1.3 billion.

Now let's jump ahead 7 years and look at Goku. 7 years of trainin in Otherworld would produce pretty significant gains. Add to this SSJ3 and you now have a Goku with a maximum power of 4.5 billion. SSJ3 Goku is also much much weaker than Super Vegetto. After all, SSJ3 Gotenks and Super Buu are stronger than him. Ultimate Gohan is stronger than Super Buu. And Super Buu2 is stronger than Ultimate Gohan. With Super Buu3 even stronger than that. Super Buu3 is easily 13 billion. Super Vegetto can easily smack him around without any effort at all so nearly double his power is not out of the question. That would put him around 25 billion. 25 billion is a lot stronger than "Less than 650 million."

Not that it's really very much related to the topic of discussion at hand, but I would like to bring up an issue with SSJ Goku/Gohan being comparable with Perfect Cell.

While they were able to spar with Cell to some degree in a powered up state, he clearly wasn't using his full strength even then, and powered up further in response to SSJ2 Gohan. He was also clearly outclassed at this point, but it's very likely that even if he expected any great resistance from Goku/Gohan in his 'half-way' state, he always had his 'full strength' trump card to turn to.

Yeah, he could easily tear Broly to shreds. Just because Broly is the "Legendary Super Saiyan" doesn't mean that he's all-powerful. There's always going to be somebody with more power. That's just DBZ for ya.

My 650 million is for the level of power he used in his fight with Goku. I've got his full power bulky form at 800 million.

Stage 2 Cell would probably be a good character to compare him to, and I'd say they're about even. He's a good deal stronger than normal Super Saiyans, but anything more powerful than that (like an "Ultra" or "Full-Power" SSj) will demolish him.

Power levels are irelevent after frieza, but depending on whom you ask it could be either around 70-80 milion or, judging from this site's preference, over 200 million.
