It was just a different color because the lamp changed the light in that scene, it's usually red. And I was gonna say rack

I'm unfamiliar with that word, I'm not from this country, but I do speak and write english, but I'm not 100 % sure on all words.

Personally for me its got to be Bulma!

She does play an important role in developing gear... No wait that sounds like drugs

... I mean developing spacecrafts and Gravity rooms etc. - Also she is one of the most changed characters of the series, her hair is constantly changing and her outfits differ.

In one saga she would have her hair in a cute ponytail, and in another she would be wearing a short skimpy dress or wearing a seductive bunny suit. I think the Namek Bulma is hard to beat, not just because I spent hours laughing at her misfortune being stuck on a planet with all men; but also because she had a really cool outfit and I loved her hairstyle and attitude.

I think cuteness wise probably when she had her hair in a ponytail - All three styles I really like

I confess I have tried to pull off the bow hairstyle (VOL 3 CHAP 35 AND VOL 21 CHAP 242)

I have photo's but they remain strictly confidential on the conditions of... I can't actually find them.

Chi Chi, no doubt.
I like that she is a character that most often is not involved in the fighting, and she gives us the view of the normal human during chrisis, like when Cell raged around ect.

Aslo, she is hot. All the time. Yeah, I said it.

Videl is awesome too, but kinda annoying at first. But whatever, she's kinda strong. And hot.

Yeah but judging by 18's reactions she was none to happy about Roshi feeling her assets.
It resulted in his neck getting twisted around to a very awqward position, and then getting shoved through the side of an aeroplane headfirst.

Very amusing to watch!

I think Roshi would probably make them all line up in wet t-shirts or bikini's outside his beach house and judge them.

Maron was quite exasperated too cause Roshi, the sneaky devil that he is, pulled a fast one and did a no-look grab. She also smashed a chair over Roshi's head, but Roshi was under the influence of the Black Water Mist so that can be questioned.

Case in point, Maron owns ( even though she's been called a "blue haired skank" on a certain Trunks Temple

Ah yes, during the Cell Games when Cell is powering up from what I remember. Kame House is shaking and in the confusion Roshi grabs Chi-Chi's butt and she responds by dropping a table on his head!

Oh and my favorite female is defiantly Videl.
Then again Bulma is up there too especially during the android saga as someone pointed out earlier on.
