Well on ebay (along with just about every good SNES and PS RPG :P ) I've seen them considered "rare" and selling for high prices. So I'm actually kind of surprised to see them for this cheap.

A while ago I saw the saiyan set going for about $80-100. And yeah, it actually sold.
