You know it takes years to get that kind of muscles, and that's with steroid's. No joke.
I am not sure what this is directed at, the stars of 300, or Nicholas Cage in ghost rider, or what.

Anyway, I know muscles take a long time to build. I have been a weightlifter for the past two years, and I did a bit before then too. I know first hand how difficult and frustrating lifting and getting more muscular and ripped can be. Genetics play a huge role though.
From what I understand, a lot of the actors in 300 went through a ton of over training, with horrendous diets to get the way they looked, which wasn't healthy at all, but it was required to get the proper look. I know for a fact that they did not train for years, and once the movie was over, a lot of guys lost a lot of there muscle and definition because of the extreme over training. Tanning is always used to accentuate muscles, and I am sure air brushing (physical not CGI) was also done.

It was confirmed somewhere, I don't have a source though, that the scene in Ghost Rider when he looks in the mirror with is shirt off, CGI was used to make him look bigger and more cut.

I always that that these fan-art pics proved that with some quality CGI the hair and aura could look pretty good.

Granted the hair here is a little too thin for my liking, but that can be changed relatively easily.
