Is that particular FLV a literal rip from the website? If so, much thanks! I was trying to watch the streaming version earlier, but the lag was so unbearable that I wasn't able to manage. Hopefully someone can encode an even smaller (but just-as-good-quality) version later on. :)

We would if we could. Problem is, there's too much interest, everywhere. The "inter-tubes are too clogged up" for a lot of us to watch it smoothly now.

But yeah, FUNi manages to release this, I'll be all over it.
Has any downloaded it on one of those sites yet? I do not want to take up precious memory right now. I try to avoid downloading anything until I get an external hard drive.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

Cool. A little off topic, but did the rip the One Piece or Letter Bee one by any chance?

Thanks for the link.

But the video would still have pauses in it, so that wouldn’t work. You would have to edit it out after syncing. It’d be quite a task.

I don't think anyone's risked putting it up on YouTube or anything yet; it'd get delorted in a flash.

No, it isn't. You can see some compression artifacts in it, which, compared to the original, are not present.

I've already tried that way, but it seems the stereo mixer has some problems..

Record in mono, then copy the whole audio and paste into a new channel? That's what I do, and somehow it seems to help quality on occasion.
[quote="Brakus"]For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". Sucks. :\

Is it possible to get a literal rip? I tried to analyze the file structure of the download you get from the website that gets fed into the player, but I haven't been able to discover any kind of direct link to the feed.

I guess they made it so it was really hard to figure out the source footage, which would explain why you have to download their browser to view the stream--it would be very easy to trace, rip, and distribute otherwise.

Unless the producers have, people stationed for such a situation I highly doubt that it would be deleted. The opening is still there, and by the way who produced this special?

Nope, it's the special. No idea what you're talkin bout Shin.

Thank goodness! I was still downloading it anyways, to see if it was in fact the special or the other video.
