Does DB portray homosexuality unfairly

Discussion regarding the entirety of the franchise in a general (meta) sense, including such aspects as: production, trends, merchandise, fan culture, and more.

It is still a society that very much expects its citizens to adhere to the traditional life path of a man and woman getting married, with the man working and the woman staying home to take care of the kids.
Yep. Ironically though, being gay is still higher on the food chain than being single, or so I read. If you're single then there really must be something wrong with you apparently.

Change that to being a "single woman over 25" and you have it. XD

Sailorspazz pretty much summed up all I wanted to say concerning the real view of homosexuality in Japan. It's an attractive little fantasy between 2 beautiful people and nothing more. It's like a fairy tale myth and not supposed to exist in real life. It's why I roll my eyes at all the weeaboos and yaoi fangirls that seem to think the country is this perfect utopia of tolerance and superiority.
Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."
