I'd like to see... Trunks (Yamucha and Bulma's son) and Gohan had Bulma been his mother.
And of course, I'd love to be able to make any Saiyan Character go up to Super Saiyan 4. You should be able to give techniques to people who don't even know them in the manga or anime.
Having Raditz, Nappa, Bardock and Broly go Super Saiyan 4 would be badass.

I think King Kai would be awesome to play as or at least fight against in a training mode. There is only one game that you fight\train with King Kai (the first DragonBall Z game for Famicom).
We never see him do any fighting. If I watched the series on mute, I'd think all he could do is yell really loud and make bricks float.
