I would've loved getting in on this deal, but sadly the only somewhat interesting things I have is Pioneer Vol. 8 (Ocean), the first 3 Dragon Ball Z movies Ocean Dub taped from the original Toonami Triple Threat (Goes, Worlds Strongest, Tree of Might, Dead Zone), and one of those old subtitled VHS tapes of the final 4 episodes of Z :( .
I enjoy the Dragon Ball original AND Dub, even the VHS Fan-Sub's.

I would like as much as you are possible to give/lend me on this term. I think probably there are three dubs for DBZ in Korea, and I especially want the one aired on SBS.
Do you have it on VHS?
You wouldn't want original VHS releases of the Japanese movies would you?
I can still get them in Japan and I already have LDs.

Is the Tree of Might edited, or uncut? And old subtitled VHS means fan subs?

Part 2
Thank you for telling me them! I never thought that they'd also dubbed Dr. Slump.

They only dubbed the first episode as a test.

Do you have any other VHS recorded off YTV? Like, DBZ Ocean Dub (Android~Buu Saga) or edited FUNi dub(Ginyu~Trunks Saga)

I said a long time ago that one of my friends taped all of the AB Groupe dubs that aired on TV here, which I think is all of the movies, minus the Path to Power I think...

I said I'd try to find it for Mike, but if I can get a trade for the new 40th JUMP special I'd sure as hell do it. The only problem is, I can't remember who it was who taped them. I wish I had the brains to do it back then... '_'

I doubt that it has any value.

Not sure if downloadable files are enough for you but uh...

Ocean Dub 124
Ocean Dub 169

Copied the links from Cartoon World.

(Hopefully the admins won't mind, but since it's not something that's ever been officially released...)

EDIT: Oh, also Movie 3 TV-Edit

It was taped off of US TV so yeah, its edited. As for your second question, I actually have no clue tbh, theirs nothing I recall stating who subbed it (my VCR is disconnected atm so I cant check the tape).

Haven't you got more ones? If you have had at least 1 more, that'd be enough to trade.

That's really nice. Thank you. But sorry, what I would like most this time are the ones on VHS or DVD, the real ones.

What kind of edit? I mean, is that the one Puto put here?

I may have more YTV recorded stuff, but no gurantee, as I'm going to have to go searching through my basement. If I do have anything, it'll like have some other shows with it. So would you mind if I made DVDs of the stuff I have via a VCR to DVD recorder I have?

I may have some Blue Water DB, and some Ocean DBZ Android & Buu.

As for edited FUNi dub, I have some actual official DBZ VHS releases from FUNi, which I care not for. The one that comes straight off my head without searching is one of the Garlic Jr. tapes. Which is post Ginyu...

I've got a bunch of FUNi VHS, some edited some Uncut. Gotta go check my basement then.

That's okay but preferably I'd like to do that by myself, because I have a good VCR named HR-20000 (the catalogue price is 400,000yen). So, it'd be surely better if I've done them. I'll send your VHSs back to you after I take a copy. Is that okay?

Well mine's HD :P

It's more so shipping costs. Canada Post has been increasing prices a lot lately. A couple of DVDs, and a VHS or two, would be a lot cheaper to send then a bundle of VHS tapes. Heck, I may even have some stuff TV-Rips on DVD...

And also has to do with some of the TV-Rip stuff. Some may have commercials, or other shows recorded with episodes of DB/Z. I know for sure my GT ones don't have other shows atleast, but if I've got others...

Okay, that shipping costs problem is just understandable. That can't be helped.

I would like you to leave openings/endings and any commercials, too. That's really important for me.

It was kind of a joke. My Samsung DVD-VCR Recorder has HDMI ports, and upconverts DVDs to 720p. I doubt that it does anything for the VHSs.

Also, do you mean YTV's Commercials for the DragonBall shows? Or do you mean regular YTV commercials for diapers, and stuff? 'Cause most of the time the DragonBall ones appear randomly, and poke fun at the show or something. Heck, I might not even have one...

Or do you mean the stuff in front of FUNi's VHS that advertise other stuff, 'cause I'd likely just send you them, since I've got less then 3 edited ones. I know my GT TV-Rip VHSs don't have a single commercial.

Would you be interested in some FUNi TV Edited DragonBall VHS?
