I think Toei were going off Tullece’s line in Movie #3 about most low-levels looking relatively the same.

I think that line was just an excuse to have Tulluce look completely uncreative. That whole movie seemed half assed to me.

I guess you are referring to Freddy Mercury of the band Queen?

I didn't like his design. Vegeta had settled down and was attacked in his private time, but those clothes didn't fit him at all.

Tullece is just a copy of Goku, Bardock is acceptable, it's his Father and would make sense, Goten is an exception, his hair may mimic Goku's but he's not a full Saiyan so the hair can always change, the face is bound to resemble Goku and Gohan's as well though but it wouldn't look good if they majorly changed his face. Forget the clones though. As for an actual 'badly' designed character, it's hard to say as I can't remember any character that looked badly designed enough to make me choose, to think about it I never really like the way Pikuhan looked, he looks kind of like a Namek with Mr. Popo's lips.

My father doesn't look exactly like me with the exception of a scar, does yours? They can resemble each other but there is no excuse for them to take Goku slap a head band on him and shout "NEXT"!

He looks EXACTLY like kid Goku, I don't even know how you're trying to justify this. It's like Toriyama ran out of ideas.

On that note add King Vegeta to my list, Vegeta with a beard is not a new character design.

Yeah, I don't like Super Baby Vegeta either.

But I actually think his first form (inside Vegeta) looks awesome, and wish that had been most powerful form.

Thank you I forgot that guy’s name I will correct my post. As far as Vegeta pants is concerned he always were form-fitting clothes (skinny pants) for battle. It is only in his down time that he wore regular fitting clothes.

As for the final Baby-Vegeta form. It is one of the most badass designs in the whole franchise, and it definitely does not look like a simple Vegeta with white hair.

Yes, but Tullece's skin is darker.

I know we've been over this before, but yeah. The movies don't have many very original villains.

What's wrong with Pan? She's like a little Chichi and I like her sense of fashion. The bare midriff is a bit weird for a 9 year old, but...hey, just look at what Chichi used to wear.

Then again, I liked Super Bebi Vegeta too, so maybe I'm just weird.
