It is kinda funny, how differently Panputto fight was shown in anime, in manga, it is just regular fight (Still important for plot through, Z-Fighters become very powerful, even against strong martial artists), in anime, Panputto manager realise that Panputto cannot beat Goku, so he trick him, that fight is moved to different place, and offer to drive him there, fortunately, Lunch saves the day.

Hmm. I've never seen the anime version of this, but it sounds much more interesting than the manga's. To be honest, *spoiler alert* I hate the Panputto fight in the manga. What a waste of time. But I'll get into more detail on that on Wednesday!

Well, I don't mean it doesn't make sense for him to have forgotten her at all, but it doesn't make sense for that to be the reason she didn't appear. He deliberately wrote her out of the Saiyan arc, didn't have room for her in the Freeza arc but still accounted for her anyway, and deliberately left her out for the Boo arc. So, I guess maybe her not appearing in the Android arc could be forgetfulness but it seems like her leaving the story was more of a deliberate choice because he was done with her.
I'm re-watching Dragon Ball GT in full on my blog. Check it out if you're interested in my thoughts on the series as I watch through it!

I've said it before, but it would have been so much better if Panputto had be replaced with Bora. Gah~

I forgot all about that fight. Goku got lucky with his tournament placements, where as Yamcha got the short end of the stick.

Well, luck didn't exactly have anything to do with this particular case, since Tenshinhan told Chiaotzu to rig the matches in his favor.

Exactly. Yamcha pissed off the guys who were purposely rigging the matches.

DBD: The 22nd Tenkaichi Budoukai Arc Part 2!

Meant to have this up this morning, but the video wouldn't cooperate. But I'm still on schedule, darn it! At any rate, you know the usual drill. All comments, concerns, complaints, praise, what have you are appreciated. And even more so than before, please let me know any plot points/bits of trivia you want to make sure I don't forget to include. Since Sleeping Princess is next week, that means I have two weeks to get the last one of this arc ready, and I already know I want to make some revisions to its script! :D

Also feel like I should say, for anyone just stumbling into this thread, I keep the first post of this thread up to date with the links to every video in the series, in order, for your convenience.

I never noticed Tenshinan used his third eye!

Also, I sent you a PM regarding your analysis. Did you get it?

Yeah, I did. Just haven't had a chance to respond yet. Sorry. I have a lot of correspondences to catch up on at the moment and have just been focusing on getting the videos out when I've said they will.

What a wonderful way to close out a terrible day. I must say I had never taken notice of just how awesome the in-panel layouts were. That shot of the Muten Roushi turning to speak with Tenshinhan was incredible.

Another great video, and nice point about Tsurusennin helping change Tenshinhan way of thinking, by interfere with fight, i never thought about it. Too bad, that Chiaotzu become useless after his fight with Kuririn, as much as i like DB, i always hated, that Toriyama introduce great characters, get them moment of shine, and that`s it, another person for group.

Oh, wow, I never realized how much King Chapa and Panputto resembled each other.

Also, Muten Roshi really shines as a character in this arc. The Kamehameha to Tsuru Sen'nin and the conversation between him and Tenshinhan are brilliant.

Great video as always! :)

Oh okay, let me know when you got time to respond. I've been eager to make this analysis on my own, but figured it'd be better if you'd work with me on it.

So I think the 22nd Budokai should have been:

Yamcha Vs. Tenshinan
Jackie Chun Vs. Wolfman
Kuririn Vs. Chiaotzu
Goku Vs. Bora

Bora is a good suggestion as Jacob pointed out and I like the idea of Chiaotzu actually beating Kuririn. He seems like he'd be a more interesting match-up for Goku, and he'd finally being given at least one victory.

DBD: The Sleeping Princess in Devil's Castle

I've really been looking forward to this one, and I'm glad I finally got to talk about this movie. Really had to rush to finish this one, though. I literally set it uploading as I ran out the door for work, and I've been at work 12 hours, so this is the first chance I've had to actually promote this.

Also, I'm beginning to think I really need to get better at setting my microphone levels. Over the summer I got a new microphone so I wouldn't be stuck with the onboard mike on my camera. I thought it would be a huge improvement. But I seem to be peaking all the time, and yet the volume levels seem ridiculously low. It's actually becoming quite embarrassing and making Dragon Ball Dissection feel rather unprofessional to me. Anybody have any tips?

Wow, never seen this one before or Movie 3 before. Bought them off Amazon after this review.

Also I am not having any problems with your voice levels to be honest.

Best tip-Audacity. I used to make videos on the internet, and I have to say, taking time to learn how to use Audacity efficiently is worth its weight in internet gold-and it's free.

Questions to ask yourself (and me!):

What exact microphone do you have? Is it omni-directional or multi-directional? Is it USB direct into your computer? Does it need a pre-amp (and if so, do you even have one)? Do you need a pop filter for it? Are you moving around, even ever so slightly, while you are recording? Have you tossed your recording into Levelator? Does your microphone (or recording software) automatically adjust the input volume, and can you turn that setting off to be able to manually control and adjust it?

Even with crappy microphones, the biggest thing people don't seem to "get" is microphone etiquette. You HAVE to be still, you HAVE to face your microphone, and unless you have an actual hardware noise gate, you NEED to know what your microphone's volume limits are with relation to your own voice so you don't get too loud and make it peak.

Jumping around and spot-checking the most recent video, I don't hear anything super obvious that I could make any recommendations on. Is there a timecode in a certain video I should jump to in order to hear something in particular?

I really enjoyed that choir theme as well, beside here, and when Piccolo died, it was used 2 more times after this, in Shura filler episode in DB, and when Vegeta died 1st time. Great review, I'm loking forward to hear your detailed reviews about rest of movies.
