I find it easy enough on deviantart. You made galleries for the chapters and you just thumb through them. Simple and easy, for me at least.

I caught up to the series, and I have to say reading it on deviantart is a little inconvenient. A dedicated site like DBM would be good.

I was also meaning to ask what you thought. Granted, there's a bunch of do-overs coming in the Aladjinn Saga, and some of the art in Chapters 9-14 of the Rigor Saga are going to be updated, but overall what did you think?

Aladjinn is interesting although I think that Vegeta shouldn't have been possessed, it's too repetitive. I also don't like that his magic can't be stopped, seems unfair, but I supposed you already have a plan for how that will be overcome by the heroes. I really enjoyed the internal battle between Aladjinn and Vegeta, though.

Reeeeeeally cringed at Kuririn being on par with Goten, though. That's just too much to swallow.

Also... how the heck is the unit power thing supposed to work? SS4 Vegeta was an S-S+ class, and base Vegeta was an E class. Separa was said to be A class, and yet Goten, Trunks and Piccolo were supposed to all be stronger than her. Shouldn't they be a lot lower since they're not SS4?

And another thing I noticed, when Aladjinn takes over Vegeta, Goku senses his ki and says he's ascended his Super Saiyan 4 stage. Yet Goku and Aladjinn are then dead even, so did Vegeta's SS4 not get any stronger after all?

1) The reason why Aladjinn's magic cant be stopped gets explained in future chapters, so that will be covered. I'm glad you enjoyed the internal battle, it was one of my favorite scenes to do :-)
2) Kuririn being as strong as Goten is one of the things being redone, so dont worry.
3) I'm making a Unit power chart, but here's the basics: Up to about a PL of 30,000, Unit Pwers are read in numeric classes numbering 1 through 10. After the numerical classes come the alpha classes, with an A Class being the lowest and the Z+++ Class being the highest.
4) When Aladjinn transformed Vegeta, Vegeta's Ascended SSJ4 form is completely even with Goku's Ascended SSJ4 form. When Aladjinn unleashes the (current) full extent of his magic and power, he overwhelms Goku's form.

Oh, my mistake, I didn't realise Goku had also Ascended his SS4 form. That's why I was confused on how they were the same strength.

I have to say. Even through I think Vegeta's mind control is repetitive the way he looks with it is SOOOOOO awesome. Funny how almost EVERY fanfic has Vegeta getting mind controlled. Poor Vegeta

Is this gonna be the Semi Perfect Cell moment from Z where Goku teleports away at the last second but this time it's Gohan doing it?

It seems many people don't like Vegeta getting possessed, OP. You say I'm the only one who's voiced this much criticism, but I'm sure many people would want the story changed so Vegeta doesn't get possessed. Just saiyan.

Can we give the "re-write the story" or "start over" argument a rest, Machismo? You wanna talk about redundant or tedious, THAT argument is just that. I get it, you don't like the story. So sorry.

Just do what I did. Put him on your ignore list. It does wonders. Don't have to read his comments in any topic.

So, I've read the first 4 chapters (plus chap Zero), and I can say that this manga is very interesting. I'll post my thoughts about it once I've finished it.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Just so you know, despite disliking the possession I'm not in the camp of wanting you to re-write it so it can be changed. That's a little extreme.
