The animation for the new scenes is great and all but why didn't they use the time and work to expand on the movie itself like they did with Battle of Gods?

Surely there's gonna be more new material than that right?

100% percent agreed. I was telling people ealier on youtube and on other sites that the only good about this material will be that the animation will look good, thats it. Does ANY body consider the Lion King 3 to be a good movie just because it looks good or transformers 4?

IIRC, the Goku Black stuff was just advertisement for Super. It was never additional material for this version of RoF.

I assume you're talking about Herms' tweet, but he was just referring to the Goku Black stuff in the scan he posted.

Herms said there was going to be 13 minutes of new content. They didn't show that much did they? More like half that. I'd guess the rest of the new stuff will be at the very end of the movie.

Well it isn't toei's fault right? They were forced to prolong the movie in order for it to fit the time requirements. Copying old footage was probably the quickest way to get the animators back to doing their regular jobs.

So far I've only seen the Goku vs Freeza animation which was spectacular but I'm sure there is more stuff to come at least I believe so since it was supposed to be an extra 30 minutes or so I thought.

One other reason why I preferred this movie to Battle of Gods is the soundtrack. There's a lot of good tracks in this one.

Even though I think that the movie was fun for what it was, I honestly could do without ever watching this arc/movie ever again. The Trunks part in the beginning was NOT worth staying up for.

I got back from what I had to do a little while ago and it looks like I didn't miss much additional new stuff. I'll still wait til the end to see if there's some Gokû Black stuff there or not.

I still miss the F dougi and armor for Gokû and Vegeta.

Will we see this at the same flow as Super? especially through the subbing scene? After those two week breaks, having two shows at one night feels good, i hope I'm not expecting too much.

The people that dedicate their time so non-japanese can understand something, was it that hard to come to that?
