Yea I'm going to have to agree with Dbzfan here. South Kaioshin is the strongest of all of the Kaioshins. I think when your numbers force you to go against things you would otherwise agree with , that maybe it's time to rearrange your numbers. Your logic on the story should come first , then the numbers imo. But I know the difficulty in painting yourself into a corner numerically and having no way out.

But imo, South Kaioshin should be superior to Dai Kaioshin for sure.

I also don't agree with your placement of Ssj Gotenks MO. I think Goku's prediction and the comments surrounding his power should be enough to contradict your interpretation of the guidebooks impression of their power , which doesn't necessarily have to be taken that way either.

We seem to have a lot of differences MO , but it's interesting to see different takes of the story.

SSJ Gotenks should be stronger than Fat Buu. The story suggests this. Umm... I fixed my levels so that South Kaioshin is stronger than Daikaioshin.

First of all, are you even using the official multipliers? At first I thought you were but you seem to have disregarded the one for SS3 when calcing Goku.

Secondly, Freeza soldiers should be higher. Bog-standard grunts laughed at the Namekians when they thought their power levels were 1,000.

Third, King Cold's level is just really, really wrong. He's ridiculously wanked. In the manga, King Cold considers anyone who could defeat Freeza to be the strongest in the universe. In the guidebooks, King Cold is stated to be weaker than Freeza. But in your version of the story he's, what, base Vegito-tier? About as strong as a Cell Junior?

Fourth, Yardrat Goku only being the tiniest bit stronger than Trunks? That also seems wrong. Trunks was in awe of his power, stating that it was even greater than the legends made it out to be, and Goku managed to defeat Trunks in their little sparring match using one finger. They were in no way implied to be equals.

Fifth, Goku only gaining 5 million extra points in the entire three years of android arc training? What? And Vegeta being only 10% weaker than 18?

Sixth, what is this "USSJ (holding back)" stuff? He has a whole different form for the muscled up power he displayed against Cell.

Seventh, the difference between full power Perfect Cell and Super Perfect Cell is waaaaaaay too tiny for him to think that he'd tool Gohan after getting his ass kicked earlier. And he was a lot stronger than weakened SS2 Gohan; he was about to win that struggle without even trying, and the only reason Gohan didn't die right there was because Vegeta distracted Cell.

Eighth, what is up with Piccolo? Why is he so frickin weak post-ROSAT? He was able to actually stand against the Cell Juniors, something a tired SS Goku couldn't do, and actually asked Goku how useful he'd be against Perfect Cell. He wouldn't even be wondering in the first place if he was so far inferior to even Imperfect Cell.

Ninth, why is SS Gotenks so weak? Goku's and Piccolo's plan was to send him against Fat Buu, which he wouldn't have done if Gotenks was evidently far inferior to even Vegeta, who got massacred by Buu.

Tenth, OMG why is Kibito so strong? Guides say he was barley on par with base Gohan, and that he is nothing compared to the weakest of the Supreme Kais.

And I agree , Vegeta and 18 should have a decent gap. It seems implied that Cell himself was superior to Vegeta meanwhile Cell is inferior to Piccolo by a good margin , who's said to be a rival of the androids and not Cell. So should be a little bit of room there imo.

Trunks was in awe of his power, stating that it was even greater than the legends made it out to be, and Goku managed to defeat Trunks in their little sparring match using one finger. They were in no way implied to be equals.

Seventh, the difference between full power Perfect Cell and Super Perfect Cell is waaaaaaay too tiny for him to think that he'd tool Gohan after getting his ass kicked earlier. And he was a lot stronger than weakened SS2 Gohan; he was about to win that struggle without even trying, and the only reason Gohan didn't die right there was because Vegeta distracted Cell.

They were both struggling for quite a while.

Eighth, what is up with Piccolo? Why is he so frickin weak post-ROSAT? He was able to actually stand against the Cell Juniors, something a tired SS Goku couldn't do, and actually asked Goku how useful he'd be against Perfect Cell. He wouldn't even be wondering in the first place if he was so far inferior to even Imperfect Cell.

Maybe you're right.

Ninth, why is SS Gotenks so weak? Goku's and Piccolo's plan was to send him against Fat Buu, which he wouldn't have done if Gotenks was evidently far inferior to even Vegeta, who got massacred by Buu.

Had to make sure his SSJ3 matched up evenly with super buu.

Tenth, OMG why is Kibito so strong? Guides say he was barley on par with base Gohan, and that he is nothing compared to the weakest of the Supreme Kais.

Freeza's scouts that were easily dispatched by Gohan and Kuririn with powers about 1,500 actually have one member who looks identical to the one that Trunks fought. The white guy with a white beard I believe.

Well, no. All that's stated is that he's weaker than Freeza. This is a fact that Cold himself plainly admits when he says that anyone stronger than Freeza is the strongest person in the universe. Because that was a title formerly held by Freeza, not him. And DBM is rather wonky with canon, with Salagir openly making things up to suit his purposes. It has no basis in anything.

Regardless, Trunks still said that Goku was even greater than the legends made him out to be, and all he knew was that Goku would be a lot stronger than Gohan, who Trunks was only slightly stronger than. So Goku'd have to be a lot stronger than Trunks.

Cell wasn't even trying though, and he previously crippled Gohan with one casual uncharged blast. None of this points to him being only slightly stronger than normal Perfect Cell. The beam struggle was very short and Cell pretty much immediately won.

Last time I checked this thread was in fan-created works? We are allowed to make any lists we want, even if it is against the author's original work.
If you look back in the thread you will see many not-so serious PL lists and also a lot of diverse powers listed in others.

I would rather read new and refreshing ones than reading all those rehashed lists with official power levels:
"Hai gais, I made a new list (version 2335B) this time I have changed it a bit, Raditz is now 1,255 instead of my previous 1,240, I guess it makes more sense in that way, and Cell is now 340,000,000 instead of 355,000,000 because in this panel Piccolo looks a bit shocked. Don't see it? Look more closely!".

This is not a thread to reach perfection in power levels.
It's a thread for us to share and have fun with our lists.

I also have trouble making levels because whether I follow manga, guidebooks, or go with my own ideas, I would be picked apart by some people here because it doesn't match their list. They forget its called unofficial levels and that anything goes.

Someone make a power level list for the Kanzenshuu staff members.
