Wish black would end up looking like that, but unfortunately we're not in the 90's anymore and if black has any transformation, with Toriyama's new style, he'll most likely end up looking like a Digimon character.

The way he said it meant a possibility, which may never occur. Taking into account the recent comment saying he doesn't plan for Goku to surpass Beerus, the chances for a new transformation get slimmer. A transformation is a power up, so unless it's a very diminished power up I don't see it happen anytime soon. Altought the anime did make Goku's Blue super weak in comparison to Beerus, who knows...

There nothing of that sort that I know of, the comments about this current are simply that the idea was suggested by someone on the staff. You might be thinking of this:

I can't tell you the source because it's insider information, but he surely got turned off and reluctant to keep being involved with Super, so they had to provide him with some basic ideas for the plot of the new Goku Black arc.

I don't know how much this is to be trusted, from observation kei17 appears to someone this community believes in.

That depends entirely on whether Goku using 2 & 3 was his idea, or the Toei staff. We know that he writes the plots, but that he has also admitted that Toei script writers change things. So you can't blame him if Toei isn't sticking to his plans perfectly.

He said Goku probably won't use those forms again, not never. Super Saiyan 2 and 3 are powerful, but are just extensions of Super Saiyan and drain more energy. I'm in the long run it's better to master his base and Super Saiyan forms instead of just adding new transformations like Super Saiyan 4.

Super Saiyan God Super is just Super Saiyan with God ki, hence the name before it got shorten to Super Saiyan Blue. It isn't a new transformation so much as it is an upgraded version of a normal Super Saiyan. Even Freeza called the form just a Super Saiyan.

That is true. I honestly see no point in retaining regular ol' Super Saiyan when you can use SSGSS/SSJ Blue and just wipe out your enemy immediately. I mean, Goku I understand, but Vegeta? Really?

He said probably weren't going to be used anymore, safeguarding changing his mind. We should trust what he says, until he contradicts himself. Which is usually because he wants to do something different and doesn't bother saying: "You know x interview, yeah that was three years ago and I want to do the opposite now".

My thoughts exactly, people still use that 6-10-15 scale thinking that it applies on Super, when it was f****** 3 years ago, Toriyama is not taking DBS serious as he should why should we then?
