I actually really like that Vegeta figure Cant wait for this movie's plot to be revealed!

Yes, that would be great, the humans get in on the action, most specially TIEN! It's been a while since I heard a TRI-BEAM HAAAAAA as epis as his barrages on Semi-Perfect Cell.

As for the movie, maybe one of the storylines might be that those "gods" are former guardians of the Earth that don't find Dende as qualified since the scene is at a transformed lookout. XD

And you guys think Goku and Gohan are skinny? Those mounds of muscles that are ON their biceps and triceps and arms are huge! They're like individual lumps on top of the muscles themselves. XD

Now we've got nice closeups of the figures of the movie's characters. Well, it seems that something strange is going to happen to Vegeta.. Or is he an imposter or something? His outfit is different than that in the official artwork.

My expectations are up; that expression...that is quite an expression.


Also, Pilaf's still green here while he's blue in the poster; that's even more confusing than Vegeta's Buu and Cell arc outfits both appearing. I like Mai's shorter haircut.

Since I can't stop my mind from coming up with all sorts of theories, here is another one -> if something weird happens with Vegeta, something weird might happen to Piccolo too ....

Don't you guys think it might be exagerrated on those figurines and a more normal expression in the movie?
It could be an exagerrated way to represent Vegeta just rubbing his hands together and having a big sadistic smile on his face while saying "now, fighting Gods, this is going to be interesting!! Let's go right now, Kakarotto!!"

I seriously think the guys making the figures goofed up, but I also think this theory is actually plausible. A younger offspring running around taking revenge for his father is very reminiscent of Piccolo and can really bring a nice Dragonball element to the story. However, given Vegeta's Outfit and Goku's logo on his Gi, I seriously think it's just carelessness on the toy makers part. In any case, I WANT THEM! Vegeta's figure especially.

I'm honestly not really a fan of chibi and/or SD figures. But the Green Pilaf does intrigue me. I might consider picking that one up.

It would certainly explain each other expressions on the figurines. Not only that but it also keeps the old tradition of "the universe hates Vegeta".
