Easy, go back in time and kill Freeza before Cold found him, tell the heroes that Frieza is going to be reveived with the dragon ball or just tern up at the right time and get your wish in before anyone else.

Whis can only rewind 3 minutes and when it comes to that he should be the only one who is above those rules because he is ... you may just call him Whis. Everyone else should still be bound to the concept of causality. However, this is Dragon Ball. Maybe now everyone can do it. Not that it makes sense. But with Whis I would have no problem for it not making sense as he is ... Whis.

That 3 minute limit is the only reason I'm not calling total BS, as I said I like what I've heard about the movie so far apart from that. I have never like "lets just go back and fix things " plot device, it would be better if Whis said he could help Goku by doing that but that it may have unknown consequences down the line.

On the note of Yanami not being in the movie - it could simply be a case of Kaio-sama not being in the film, since prior to the extended version of Battle of Gods, that was his only role in the previous film - we didn't have narration until the Extended version. At least I certainly hope that's the only reason he's not in the movie.

Haven't been keeping up with this a lot. I just have some questions that I was hoping to be answered.
1: How do Goku and Vegeta get that blue haired power up?
2: Is there a good interaction between Beerus and Freeza?
3: Why is Jaco there?

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Why Beerus wanted to be awaked 3 years later?!
Why Whis is even helping Goku and Vegeta?! Its not like they are best friends.

I want to believe this all has to do with something that will coming in the future.
Both happened because of the Earth's food. Beerus wanted to taste more food after 3 years, and Whis trained them in order to have more tasty food from Earth.
James Teal (Animerica 1996) wrote:When you think about it, there are a number of similarities between the Chinese-inspired Son Goku and that most American of superhero icons, Superman. Both are aliens sent to Earth shortly after birth to escape the destruction of their homeworlds; both possess super-strength, flight, super-speed, heightened senses and the ability to cast energy blasts. But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

I am interested in learning exactly what Jaco's involvement is, yeah.

D'aww. It's not much, but I'll take a scene like that.

Oh yeah - for kei or Julian when they're not resting, or anyone else that might just have seen stuff floating around - does Kuririn have his hair in the movie and then it gets shaved off, as seemingly suggested in one of Bulma's blog entries, or is he just bald from the get go?

If he thought the same for Battle of Gods' soundtrack, then there's nothing to worry about.
The BOG score was absolutely great and wiped the floor with previous soundtracks, so if it's anything like it, this new movie's score will be great too.

I don't really consider it cheating if Goku uses Whis help to time travel back for a "re-do" on the Freeza battle. Why? Because Whis' power is just another power, like any other in the series and Goku has long been one to take advantage of his friends help to win battles. A senzu bean could be considered cheating too, but they've used those before. I suppose maybe it would seem better if Goku had learned this time-hopping ability from Whis and made it his own technique?

No, for Freeza to truly have won he would have had to kill Goku as well to ensure that Goku couldn't have Whis travel back in time and fix anything. But he didn't. So Freeza still loses because in the end, he didn't win. And if they had to travel back in time to change things, Freeza never would have known he won either... even if it was only for a brief moment.

The one cool thing about it is, we may get a scene showing exactly how Freeza would react to thinking he got his revenge and killed everyone just like he wanted. That might be funny.

Really, if Vegeta was winning when Freeza blew the planet up he still loses because he wasn't going to beat Vegeta in the end. It's not enough just to wear Goku down. If Goku had defeated Nappa and then Vegeta killed him, Goku still would have lost.

Freeza's dead. So Freeza, ultimately, lost.

Oh god... :( I guess I was expecting too much seriousness from Tori.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

I wanna know:

1.) Was Goten or Trunks ANYWHERE in the film at all?

2.) How good was the fighting since there's so much of it? The choreography in BOG wasn't anything to phone home about.

3.) Did Vegeta become a SSJ God? Did he ascend to a SSJ SSJ God (the blue form?)

Kinda funny that Freeza has only ever been killed by time traveling Saiyans. He's the Biff Tannen of Dragon Ball.

Vegeta dies via explosion or suffocation, so either way Freeza wins since he can survive in space, and Vegeta can not. Vegeta apparently couldn't stop Freeza's attack so he lost.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!
