I like the idea of adding Adult Gotenks, but I don´t understand one thing
Why they are lazy with the designs of new absorptions (or whatever) and change the Adult Gotenks´ clothes ?

Maybe Super #17 can brainwash other Artificial Humans (including Cell), like #17 briefly brainwashed #18 in GT, and then commands them to merge with him like the two #17s did, but instead of merging with them, he absorbs them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. I guess no one else likes my "17 eating Cell" theory. Sad day.

Why would a Japanese game use an English name? Hercule isn't the man's name. It's Mr. Satan.hulkty wrote: Gokule is a better name...and use actually used in the games.![]()

Gotan is actually used in the games too, the Japanese games. This game is Japanese.hulkty wrote:Gokule is a better name...and use actually used in the games.![]()

Argue that with the card and the developers, because they imply the opposite, and I agree with 'em. Especially since it's the same physical result (buffing up permenently, ripping of clothes, etc) as when he absorbs Cell, only without Cell's traits applied to him.

That's your opinion. The developers haven't said anything about those exclusive forms.
It seems they just let Yamamuro draw the designs he wants, and when they think one looks great, they add it as a secret exclusive character and name it.
Also, remember that Yamamuro was the designer for GT, he drew that buff Super 17 design for GT. He just reused the design for Heroes.

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
Nakatsuru Katsuyoshi is the one officially credited as the character designer for Dragon Ball GT. Yamamuro did do the character designs for the tenth anniversary film, though.

It's just as valid as your "this form isn't actually a form and is really just a game character based on a minor physical trait that happens for a very brief amount of time as part of a technique" theory.JeffJarrett wrote:That's your opinion. Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
I think Yamamuro worked on more GT episodes than Nakatsuru.
Nakatsuru designed the Super Saiyan 4, but I don't know if it was confirmed who designed Super 17?! (as well as Baby, the Shadow Dragons, and all the characters in the Black Star Dragon Ball Saga). Baby's design was merged with that of Janemba, and it's confirmed that Janemba was designed by Yamamuro.

Nakatsuru is the only character designer for GT. All the characters except for the ones done by Toriyama were designed by Nakatsuru.JeffJarrett wrote:I think Yamamuro worked on more GT episodes than Nakatsuru.

But it's not the same thing we saw in the series. Super #17 (AF Absorbed) is much bigger than Super #17 after absorbing energy, to the point that his clothes are ripped.JeffJarrett wrote:That's your opinion. The developers haven't said anything about those exclusive forms.

Re: Dragon Ball Heroes
I have a theory on about why Gotenks doesn't have the standard Metamoran clothes: Maybe because Goten & Trunks use Fusion for years, Fusion has become their own technique now, instead of just a technique from the Metamorans. So, now they don't just get Metamoran clothes, but also a mix of Metamoran & their clothes.
