I don't think Bra would say anything like that. I believe that it was either Son Gohan or Videl.

This also means that Son Gohan still has keep his natural power from when he fought Boo. He wouldn't have said that the two "Pans" were identical, had he not been identical to the other universe's Son Gohan.

He did just watch someone, who was essentially his daughter, die in a gruesome fashion. He is probably shaken.

Oh Bra, your snarky comments melted my ice cold heart. Truly you are daughter of Vegeta.

Kudos to the writer (or is it writers?) for adding a little humor after the whole "tragic" incident with Pan. It was nice ice breaker and a great way to ease back into the main focus of the story, of course I'm talking about the up coming match. It's Comic book writing 101. OR it was just a fluke and he just felt like adding a "Brief" moment in the comic.

I think you're missing the point. The other universe's Bra doesn't have a Vegeta to be standing next to.

Considering how magical fusion is, I have no idea if Vegetto Bra has 'Vegeta blood' or not. Could be some crazy, impossible mix of Goku and Vegeta blood. That probably makes more sense than Vegetto being genetically half Goku and half Vegeta.
