Freeza surviving would be puzzling.

How could nobody sense him?

Oh I just realize this is now the longest thread on Kanzenshuu. The DBM thread has been surpassed now.
Why Dragon Ball Consistency in something such as power levels matter!

Perhaps he is so powerful in his new gold form, he managed to escape King Yema in some way and not be sent into Hell. Maybe he is dead, just not in Hell.

Doesn't really make sense. Where would he go? He would be noticed in Heaven and in the Kai's planets, and there aren't any other places to hide. The Other World is pretty empty.

Eh?
I thought you'd first be attending the 4th and not today?
My friend wanted to go, so I reluctantly went halves with him in a pair ticket sold on Yahoo! Auctions and paid thousands of yen, then my ticket for the one on April 4th arrived the next day. It was an unwelcome good luck.

Not like it'll be the first time. But I'm not sure what lesson Vegeta and Goku learnt from the spoilers. Freeza made the mistake (Golden form being stamina based). Goku picked up on it. But got distracted. Vegeta stepped in. Won but lost but not lose. Goku saves the day.

Like what did they learn from Whis telling them that Goku is too cocky and Vegeta is to rage?

Of course none of us know the full details.

So...did you like it? More or less than BoG? 1-10? =D

Well seems like almost everyone wants Freeza wants to survive
Lets pray and hold our hand-- ehm forget the last part. Lets just wait for the confirmation.
A world without Dragon Ball is just boring.

We are a part of Kanzenshuu history.
It surprises me, honestly, that this film has gotten this much more attention then say the first film in nearly 20 years or any of the other new animated things we got. Yo! Son Goku was, in a lot of ways, more special to me then either BOG or this film at the time it was released. It was the first new DB anything in FOREVER. It had Toriyama's involvement. It was amazing. I also actually prefer it to BOG because BOG was good but Yo! Son Goku was perfect. The perfect little glimpse into what the guys did in-between the chapters of the manga. It made sense, an event that at an earlier time in DB history would have been a huge arc... but at the time nobody remembered because the enemy wasn't all that powerful. Kind of funny.

These new films are great too! But, not in the same way. I also feel like at this point it would make more sense for an alternate timeline whereby somehow things changed from the way they should be, and now it's a different timeline from the one in the manga. Because at this point, Goku and Vegeta being as powerful as Gods and training with Whis is a far cry from how the manga ended. I know it "kind of" works, but not really. It would also be more fun for the series as a whole if it didn't have to limit itself to fit into that tiny bit of time between chapters and not change too much. Although it doesn't seem like they're following that too much, so it would make a lot more sense for there to be an alternate timeline now.

All it would take is a little comment from Whis whereby he mentions that something is up with the flow of time in which events are not unfolding as they were supposed to. Something like, "in the timeline that I know of, you shouldn't be this powerful Goku... you shouldn't have met Lord Beerus. It seems we have somehow brought divine intervention upon you and change the course of events." Something like that.

I'm looking forward to that too. Goku and Vegeta have such awesome chemistry. :D
That's why I'm so excited to see them get to share a storyline.

Of all the scenes that we could've gotten fan art of after that screening, I couldn't be happier with the scene that ended up being drawn and posted.

Those hands! That tsundere reaction Vegeta's making! X3
So much yes.
On hiatus.

So the next movie should be about the Supreme Kai of Time and the Time Patrol trying to fix this.

There is the Demon Realm, where Makaioshin may exist. He might find some sort of allegiance there.

Nope. He gets killed and his body vanishes completelty. After the ending credits, he is in hell and surrounded by cute stuffed animals and fairies again, and then the movie ends with his screaming "Nooooooooooooo!!!" in English.

Seriously? What a waste. At least all the loose ends about what happened to the Planet Trade Organisation after Freeza died got explored.

So does Freeza has his Cyborg body in Hell at the start of the movie or is that manga only?

Are you joking or is this for real? If that's the truth, well... how disappointing that Freeza is back to being dead and in Hell all by the time the movie is over. I would have preferred he just escape into space or something like that or who knows what. So that he would be a threat somewhere out there or that there would be possibly more to this story.
