Yeah . Toppo having zero eliminations in the anime was a joke . He stood around doing nothing despite the fact that he was stronger than 90% of the tournament even before transforming. Hopefully he smacks some people off

Also do you guys think there is a chance kaioken comes into play or will it just be CSSB for Goku and Vegeta until Goku goes UI?

UI Omen- i doubt it, we will proly see UI once and that will be in the final fight vs Jiren.

Toppo GoD form- nope, pure Toei 100%, same as Vegeta's form. In the manga i am 100% sure it will be Mastered blue Vegeta vs Toppo and Vegeta beats him.

Anilaza - can see happening tho idk tbh.

And no kk, will just be mastered blue Vegeta n Goku vs Jiren, with Jiren stomping them and 17 blows himself up to protect them or trying to stop Jiren.

I've enjoyed the changes Toyotaru did in the manga in regards to power scaling, but i absolutely like GoD Toppo n vegeta's new form and incomplete UI. So will be sad when those forms dont appear in the manga.

I’ve been trying to explain that to people. Not only does Toppos form scream Toei(still epic), but Vegeta doesn’t need another transformation since him and Goku were essentially equals at the start of the arc. If I remember correctly, Toppo thought the fight with him or Goku could’ve gone either way (feel free to correct me on that).

I strongly believe that in Toriyamas outline, it stated something along the lines of Goku and Vegeta being equals with Goku having UI. Which definitely makes it a one way rivalry at that point. The problem in the anime was its execution.

Thats what people wanted. get rid of the fodder and focus on the big fights.

Or just focus on a smaller group of people that you can reasonably establish as characters instead of 70 generic assholes and two dimensional parodies.

Yeah,but your post implies that people don’t want to see humans,18 and piccolo fight along with other fights that are not jiren vs carrot,toppo vs vegetables.

I’m positive G.o.D toppo is going to be a thing in the manga. That’s a very special key point in the series, as it involves facing an actual hakaishin. So that should be expected

Yeah, I'm hoping that stuff is handled better in the manga.

On paper, the idea of Toppo eschewing his morality for pure strength is, like many of the ideas in Super, actually thematically interesting.

THE PROBLEM, again like most of Super, is that the execution is done so fucking poorly. So yeah, I really hope that Manga develops that moment so it feels like an inevitable part of Toppo's character arc, rather than something that's done so that Vegeta can get a win.

Toyotaro probably doent remember who Goten is. The kid appeared like once in the whole manga.
