I actually got the idea to do this in a dream:

Favourite Game + Favourite Anime = Pure Awesomeness.
Altus, Namco Bandai, Toei. Make it happen!
P.S. Don't be too rough, it was a quick MS Paint job.

Ahh...I see. I've heard of the Shin Megami Tensei games, I just didn't recognize the cover art (I remember one getting a really great score on X-play awhile ago).

I made this AMV: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FxXGljVrNxY
I started it two days ago, didn't use the full song. If people like it, I might go back and make a full version.
Enjoy!

You should definately check out Nocturne, then. Most Megaten fans will tell you that it's the best game in the series for the PS2 (myself included). If you're looking for an RPG with a deep story, solid fighting system and almost-endless customization, look no further.Big Momma wrote:Piccolo Daimaoh wrote:You haven't heard of it? Enjoy! It'd be cool to see a full version of this! (Or at least a longer version...I don't know how long that song is; it might be kind of a stretch to do the whole thing, if there's any other convenient place to end it a minute or two farther in than where this ended?) The pacing was really good, I think. Neat idea, too; I was really getting into it. Incidentally, I was just recently thinking about how there aren't (or at least, don't seem to be...) many Raditsu-related AMVs out there.
The song is on for about four minutes, I was thinking of ending the AMV at the end of the Freeza saga. If I get bored (which I probably will), I'll go back to the AMV and finish it!

Re: Fan Works Explosion
Oh wow, I see. I thought it was going to be a Raditsu-centered video, but I guess that going through to the end of Freeza makes sense too.SSJSteve wrote:The song is on for about four minutes, I was thinking of ending the AMV at the end of the Freeza saga. Re: Fan Works Explosion
So for my own Dragon Ball GT: Rewrite fan fic (a retelling of the GT storyline with many an alteration) I decided to toss together a battle power list. I have estimations for the Trunks through Boo arcs (which serves as the basis for the below numbers) but will hold off posting those until Kaboom posts that thread. The list only covers the first story arc of the series (with about four more arcs coming after this one). Anyhow, here's my sole contribution to the Fan-Created Works section for likely a long while:
Baby Arc
Son Gokû (Base: 10 million; Super Saiyan: 500 million; Super Saiyan 2: 1 billion; Super Saiyan 3: 4 billion; Golden Ôzaru: 5 billion; Super Saiyan 4: 40 billion): Fifteen years have passed since the battle with Majin Boo. In this time I think Gokû’s power could have grown substantially, especially after so much training with Oob. The Golden Ôzaru transformation multiples his Super Saiyan form’s power by ten, while Super Saiyan 4 multiplies his full Golden Ôzaru battle power by eight. During the battle with Baby-Vegeta on Planet Tsuru (soon to be New Vegeta), Gokû has yet to gain full control of his Super Saiyan 4 power. Super Saiyan 4 is the ‘perfect fusion’ of the human ki with the Ôzaru ki (the human ki being the golden aura and the Ôzaru ki the red aura), once properly handled Gokû can use a Ten-Times Kamehame-Ha, a red Kamehame-Ha with ten times the power of his Super Saiyan 4’s normal Kamehame-Ha, which he uses to defeat Golden Ôzaru Baby-Vegeta.
Son Gohan (500 million): Filled with anger and frustration at himself and father, Gohan has quit training. Unbeknownst to him his true power is still within him, but locked away by his outlook. When Gohan battles under Baby’s command he is able to squeeze out enough power to reach 500 million.
Son Goten (Base: 1 million; Super Saiyan: 50 million): Goten quite training, so his power has dropped a lot. Enjoying his days as a ladies man, Goten’s strength is still impressive enough to the ladies.
Pan (Base: 2 million; Super Saiyan: 100 million): Pan has steadily built her power up over the years. In the battle with her father on New Vegeta, spurred by her rocky relationship and Baby-Gohan’s taunting, Pan awakens as a Super Saiyan when she reveals that she only wants to be loved by her distant dad.
Trunks (Base: 3.5 million; Super Saiyan: 175 million; Super Saiyan 2: 350 million): Trunks hasn’t trained much over the years, and while still his spoiled-rotten self his work as Capsule Corp’s VP has taught him a sense of responsibility so he’s kept up his strength. In his battle with Redict, Trunks takes his knowledge of Super Saiyan 2 and Super Saiyan 3 from his time as Gotenks and experiments with using Super Saiyan 2 to gain the much needed increase in power to defeat Redict.
Oob (490 million): His training with Son Gokû-sensei has unraveled more and more of his hidden inherited power. In his battles with Baby-Vegeta, Gohan, and Goten Trunks’ power is further awakened by the heat of battle.
Vegeta (Base: 10 million; Super Saiyan: 500 million; Super Saiyan 2: 1 billion; Super Saiyan 3: 4 billion): Vegeta has redefined himself and his training since his battle with Gokû fifteen years ago. Unbeknownst to both they are so equal in power now only a battle could truly decide who had the advantage.
Gotenks (Base: 75 million; Super Saiyan: 3.75 billion; Super Saiyan 2: 7.5 billion; Super Saiyan 3: 30 billion): Because of Goten’s lack of training over the years Gotenks’ power has begun to crumble, but Trunks’ increase has acted as a stop-gap.
Piccolo (1.2 billion): Piccolo has reached his limits at last, finally out-classed by the powerful Saiyans.
Mister Boo (Base: 2 billion; Bootenks: 32 billion; Boohan: 40 billion): Over the years Mister Boo has developed a way to mimic the forms the evil ‘Super’ Boo took on, however the time span is limited and they leave him exhausted afterward.
Garlic Junior (Base: 500 million; Super: 1 billion): As Piccolo’s final foe he is nearly even with Piccolo, providing a suitable final battle.
Ginger, Nikki, Sansho (Base: 10 million; Super: 100 million): Garlic Junior’s three bodyguards. While not quite as powerful as the Four Heavenly Monarchs (the four generals Garlic has left behind to watch over his kingdom on Planet Makyo) they are exceptional enough to force Gokû and Vegeta to transform into Super Saiyans.
Coola (Forth Form: 470 million; Fifth Form: 600 million): Freeza’s brother has spent his years training himself and his forces to destroy the Saiyans for making a mockery of his family’s name. He claims to have drunken a power-increasing elixir from a remote planet.
Neiz (100 million): Inferior to Dore. Fights Pan. Ultimately beaten by Pan and Trunks.
Dore (120 million): Inferior to his commander. Dore fights Gokû, who abandons the fight to battle with Coola, leaving Dore to help Neiz with Pan; ultimately beaten by Pan and Trunks.
Thauzer (180 million): Fights with Trunks, but is ultimately beaten by Trunks.
Baby (Base: 50 million; Baby-Vegeta: 4 billion; Super Baby-Vegeta: 6 billion; Super Baby-Vegeta 2: 8 billion; Golden Ôzaru: 35 billion): Baby-Vegeta’s first form is merely Vegeta’s full power up until then brought under his control. As Baby’s grafting onto Vegeta’s DNA continues his power increases and Vegeta takes on a closer and closer appearance to the Baby. Golden Ôzaru Baby-Vegeta’s power is varied stronger due to Baby’s cells beginning to interfere with his genetics.

Re: Fan Works Explosion
It's a great game even though I only play parts of it at a friends house. Also Dante from Devil May Cry is in the game too. The only SMT games I played where Persona 3, and Strange Jountry.Ahh...I see. I've heard of the Shin Megami Tensei games, I just didn't recognize the cover art (I remember one getting a really great score on X-play awhile ago).
I don't like the idea of SMT crossing over with Dragon Ball since both series are totaly different, and the idea does not seem like it would work. It would be making a crossover between Bleach, and Godzilla.
