The war face thing at the end had me in stitches. It was a pretty exceptional episode overall though, in my opinion.

I did, but I think Kaiser'll put it back up...when he adds the disclaimer he forgot to put on the first upload. :p

Re-uploaded because HERPDERP I FORGOT THE DISCLAIMER HERD DE DERP

By the way, if anyone feels as if we're stooping a little low borrowing characters from other shows, especially ATHF, we usually do this with filler characters who don't show up again. Referential humor isn't necessarily bad if you use it correctly, and I'd like to think we pulled it off relatively well in this episode.

Oh you guys totally did. In fact, I think by doing that, you made that bit of filler MUCH more enjoyable than it actually is. Because now I can just think of the other characters whenever they speak.

Great episode! Thank you guys!

I only got a laugh outta the Popo jokes, which is ironic, as I usually hate his appearances. Sure your target audience loves it though.
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
This is unintentionally hilarious backhanded compliment.

I don't get how it's hilarious, but yeah... backhanded compliment.

I thought it was a neat tour through the filler at the beginning of the Freeza arc. I especially enjoyed the musical montage with the old DB English dub theme.

Not the best episode ever, but I chuckled quite a few times.

He's an ineffably charming bastard who's manly leanings were really incendental, and yes, the fact that he was voiced by a squeaky woman made the combination perhaps all the more charming.

Also loved the giant Fake Planet Namek sign. X3

Didn't see the ending coming at all though! What a twist. :3

I thought it was a bit of a mess :o It felt really disjointed, especially the beginning, but it was really funny :D

It was a mess, but a beautiful mess :)

I'm going to have to put that one down as my least favorite episode. There was WAY too much filler going on, not enough jokes/references... and I didn't like that Kaiser had himself in there.

The only joke I thought was funny was the ATHF voices for the fake Namekians.

Wait, so if you LIKED the Namekians, then... what was the filler?
