I like his motivations so far with his idea of "the sake of justice" and humans are a failure to god. It's better than what Tullece was in Tree of Might, who just want to come to Earth to plant the tree, find Goku and kill everyone. Not to mention there is a lot of mystery behind his character and Masako Nozawa does a great job on giving a very creepy and dark tone of voice for him.
I sincerely hope you mean "best villain" in Dragonball Super, not the entire series. And I also think you are a bit pre-mature in your statement here. Let's at least wait till the end of the Arc.

Why is not on TV?
They haven't be able to work out a TV deal and they most likely have to wait for Kai 1.0 to finish airing on Toonami.
They probably already made a deal with Toonami ages ago, they just have to wait for Kai 1.0 to finish. I bet they won't even announce Kai 2.0, they'll probably just start airing it the week after the final 1.0 episode with no special fanfare.

Yeah, your probably right. But I would expect FUNimation to make some kind of announcement on the deal with Kai 2.0, especially since Kai 1.0 is gonna end this year. I mean, this is Dragon Ball we're talking about. FUNimation's sacred cash cow.

I made a bet with Alee9977 that Vegeta won't be beaten quickly by an opponent. If I lose, I switch my avatar to Vegeta getting beat by hit. If I win, he switches it to Vegeta holding Black by his hair. This will last a month.

Part of me wishes like we had Super in 12-13 episode season intervals but we'd probably still be in the RoF arc if even that.
I'm honestly happy with how the arcs been animated overall. All the action stuff has been animated well imo and I'm fine with episodes like last week looking mediocre.
For me, now it's starting to look like a more like DBZ, there used to be a lot of episodes in the arc, and the majority of them weren't very well animated, and in a lot of episodes almost anything happens, but the fights were really intense and longer than the fights in Super (except Goku vs Bills fight). Right now, I'm starting to hate the shacking camera effect, I know it wants to make you feel there are powerful blows but sometimes I can't even understand what's happening in the battle. I'm looking forwart to Goku vs Zamasu fight, it didn't look really good in the NEP but there were almost two weeks of difference between episode 52 and 53, so I hope they can make the fight look very fluid and on-model, although it is something almost impossible.
The fact there is a break has nothing to say, as stated and said by others on this forum more than once.
Oh cool more Europe announcements soon too. Hopefully UK is one of them (fingers crossed).
I wouldn't hold your breath on that, mate. Kai still hasn't finished it's entire run on Kix. And Kix got more than a one year head start on Toonami in broadcasting the show.
